Wasn’t much but the coffee was good and hot.
Continental breakfast was a few honey buns and a jug of milk and a jug of orange juice. Pretty sad for a continental breakfast.

it stuck, it wasn’t smoke free, it was very musty, and it was in a sketchy area. couldn’t even stay full time

The bed and hot water
I didn’t like the fact they said my room was non-smoking but the covers were cigarette burns in the bed spread and smelled heavily of smoke. There was a welcome mat at the room door, but no other room had a welcome mat. There was groaning noises in the pipes, and we didn’t get much sleep because we didn’t feel safe, which is weird because Berea is a nice place.
3.3
Easy to check in.
Only 2 towels and 1 little bottle of shampoo for a family of 4 reservation. No coffee maker in the room and the breakfast options were honey bun, fruit grain bar, expired milk, fermented orange juice or a small cup of coffee. Told the morning clerk about milk and orange juice and she said there was nothing she could do and nothing else to offer. Should have drove 1 more mile for a better room experience!

The ladies working the front desk seemed to be under the influence of something and were definitely animated and funny.
We checked in and went to the room. I was a little concerned immediately because someone was up under a truck in the parking lot, sparks were flying everywhere, Im not sure what he was doing but I hope it was his vehicle. When I got into the room I immediately checked the sheets like I always do. They had not been changed since the previous guest. The beds had been made up like the room had been cleaned, but it was very obvious the sheets were dirty. I was disgusted. Im not trying to be vulgar but it wasnt just a little smuge of makeup and wrinkled sheets, they weve VERY used. I immediately went to the front desk and the ladies working told me they had a lady that was 90 years old cleaning rooms and apologized and they could just switch me to a clean one....un no! One of the laides working told me she cleaned rooms as well and she changed the sheets in the ones she cleaned. The lady that cleaned rooms went to check the room I had an issue with while I was getting a refund. She came back and agreed that what I saw was definitely there. I will be traveling to the area multiple times over the next 4 years but I'll never stay there again. Worst experience ever.
