Nice stay while traveling. Room was fine, quite roomy. Good breakfast.
Workout room had a remote control, but no TV. Also, container for wipes in the workout room was empty.

The hotel didn’t offer or say that when we stayed on a 2day overnight we wouldn’t recover new towels or sheets or a clean room. I did not see it anywhere in the policy where I need to express that I wanted my room cleaned and fresh linens and towels. When I asked the front desk staff he told me HE had one sheet and one towel. My room was for 2. Also when asked why my room wasn’t cleaned he said I was supposed to tell them that I wanted it cleaned. We were in town from Indianapolis, IN, there for a youth football tournament. We were a predominately black American group, parents and coaches. During breakfast both days, the lady serving the food was VERY RUDE to the children and to the parents. Not listening to our questions, not excusing herself when trying to get around people and children. Very rude noises and eye rolls and looks of disgust to have to serve our group of people. Overall she was rude to all of us. The front desk staff however gave our lighter skinned guests with us towels and extra sheets upon request and had their room cleaned and she affirms that she DID not have to ask for it to be cleaned. Very disappointed with the service. Will not be recommending or going back. Also, unsafe that the pool entrance is right in front of the only hotel elevator and is a wet hazard for ALL GUESTS. So many accidents and slips that I saw just the two days I was there.

Customer service wasn’t very good, a lot of staff were rude.

Just a quick trip to Berea. The Comfort Inn was closer to the expressway but it did not disturb us.

Rooms have been upgraded, which was nice. Sheets and bath towel had what appeared to be dried blood stains on them. Pool was poorly lit and underwater light was off and hanging inside the pool. Ice machine on 1st floor was out of service. Breakfast was surprisingly good with real eggs and pork sausage. New linen and pool upgrade would give the hotel a higher rating.

The bathroom needed updating, the tub wasn’t very clean. Overall, everything was fine. The room was nice and the bed was wonderful.

The beds were comfortable but the shower had mold, the carpets felt and looked very old. The breakfast was horrible and very little options. The staff was ok but didn't look as professional as I would expect from a hotel staff.

The food was terrible, the pool was ice cold and the ladder stairs broke off, unsafe area behind the pool, the rooms smelled like mold badly. Would not recommend this place.

The room on the 3rd floor had a window overlooking the parking lot. With a outside light shining directly into the window. The shower drain needed cleaned out it was draining slow and the little fridge was very loud sound like old style perculator coffee pot.

The bed was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on. They wouldn’t allow me to have breakfast at a table with my registered medical service dog who sits under the table at my feet. And there was an odor in the hall and room that was bad enough I went to the store and bought air freshener. I will stay next door from now on!

Good accommodations for the money. We stayed for a night on the way home from Smoky Mountain National Park. Our room was recently renovated and they are in the process of renovating several other rooms. The breakfast was ok but they need a second waffle iron very badly. One is not enough for the number of people eating. But considering the value, I would stay here again.

Easy access from I-75. No one at the front desk, had to call on a phone to summon the front desk woman from the back. Room was ok on the 3rd floor. Beds comfortable. Room smelled a bit musty. Tried to pull the gauze curtains over the window and found them ripped and in shreds! Why would they leave them up like that? The fake side curtains were also in bad shape. Black out curtains were fine. Air conditioner blasted out cold air. Nice size bathroom with a tub. There is a pile of construction material in the parking lot. Breakfast was better than most hotels offer. Couldn't get anyone to come to the front desk when checking out. Just left the keys. Berea was a good place to stop. Dona Maria Mexican restaurant was great.

There were hairs in the bathtub upon arrival. I rented this particular hotel because it has a pool. However, the pool was freezing cold.

Was not impressed with this hotel. The check in guy didnt seem to want to be there. Got to the room (jacuzzi room) it looked old and dingy stains on the walls and on the curtains to close the tub was very old. Would not recommend

Was sufficient and mostly clean. Nice was able to schedule last-minute. Air conditioner worked great, bed comfortable. Don’t think shower was cleaned or at least not completely, there was soap in soap dish in shower from previous guest, had hair on it. Room and bedding in general needed updated or repairs… sheets had very thin spots that would soon be holes, coffee maker dirty inside, fridge wasn’t very cold and couldn’t adjust with knob worn out, shower and tub both drain very slowly, light fixture didn’t work in foyer of room, some towels very thin. Room adequate and didn’t seem overtly dirty but wonder if cleaned thoroughly with shower having soap bar from last guest.

Even though the hotel was under construction and our air conditioner stopped working, they Quickly repaired and replaced the air conditioner. The breakfast was very good. Lots of selections and the kids love the pool. They even let us check in early.

There is no sign at street level on how to get to the hotel. At night it is practically impossible to see turn off highway. There needs to be a sign and a light of some kind at the driveway that really leads to a Urgent Care facility. At least at night the lighted sign on the builings was lit. Upon first arrival in the daytime, I passed it three times since it sits back from the street behind the Holiday Express. There was mold in the shower/tub caulking. The sheets were polyester and very hot. I guess I appreciate cotton sheets. Plent of pillows. The breakfast was very adequate and convienent.
