Continental breakfast

Room was never cleaned. Toilet ran. Bathtub drain had horrible stench. Ants on the bathroom floor.

Nice location and staff was good just the rooms need updating to make it more appealing.

The breakfast staff was great, friendly and eager to help. Front desk was good but needed help at check in time, she had lots to take care of will not additional help.

The TV did not turn on and the room furniture was old and out dated.

Comfortable, clean & convenient location sums up my stay.

I liked the modern look & cleanliness of the room. The bed was great & I slept well. In general the place was quite too.

The complimentary breakfast food, scrambled eggs & sausage were not good. The yogurt & muffin were good. There was no bottled water. There were little sewer Flys in the bathroom that were annoying, the tub wouldn't drain well when I showered & the handsoap bottle was empty. I am not a complainer & these things didn't prevent me from enjoying my stay. Oh, upon checkout the employee at the desk was asleep, lol. Despite these minor things, will definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed time in the pool and jacuzzi.

Breakfast was basically no breakfast. If you call muffins and bagels with no cream cheese a breakfast.. cheapest cereal for kids it’s not an option too.

No hot water! Manager showed great service.

The staff was friendly and the manager Shameka Farmer gave us a courtesy due to the issue we had.

The hot water wasn't working and the desk allowed us to check in, even though they knew that was the issue going on at the hotel! We spent $220 and it was NOT worth that price for one night, especially with no hot water, working!

Quality has gone downhill

The room was big and the shower was nice. Check-in was smooth. That's about all that I can say

This hotel used to be great, but the quality of service has gone downhill. - The so-called "breakfast" was frozen sandwiches you had to microwave yourself. It used to be a full hot buffet. I don't know what happened there. - I paid for the most expensive room type and my view was a WALL—the back of the hotel sign, covered in pigeon dung. - I messaged the hotel multiple times requesting that they set up the sofa bed before we arrive, and they never responded. My request was not filled. - The sofa bed had no sheets and I had to request them. Linens and pillows were stained. - Housekeeping never came by on our three days there. I'll look for other accommodation next time I visit Carbondale.

It is a non smoking facility so no smoke smell but allowed pets. There was definitely a pet odor.

I would recommend. It is a wonderful place in a nice area that is quiet and family friendly.

Breakfast was incredible, facilities were great and the staff were all friendly and accommodating.

Our bath tub had a small amount of rust, but everything else was excellent.

Disappointing

The pool & breakfast included.

It was subpar for the price. Not the cleanest. We had to switch rooms because the first room had feces on the back of the toilet bowl.

Overall, it was a nice stay. Will more than likely use this hotel again when we are in the area.

The staff was all very nice and welcoming. The complimentary breakfast was probably one of the best we’ve seen, with many options. I didn’t catch her name, but the woman running breakfast was very nice and seemed to enjoy her job.

The only thing I didn’t care for - which wasn’t really even that bad - we did see a few bugs in our room. Cricket and a couple spiders. Nothing repulsive, just made me think they were due for a spraying.
