Gut ausgestattete Unterkunft in guter Lage neben dem Campus

Die Unterkunft hat eine gute Größe, ist sehr gut ausgestattet, ruhig und komfortabel. Das Personal war freundlich. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Die Lage war für mich gut, da man schnell am UIUC Campus ist. Außerdem gibt es in Fußnähe einen Supermarkt und Lokale (Empfehlung: Diner Merry Ann's).

Man muss sich für das gratis Wifi bei Hilton Honors anmelden.

.I liked the location and the price lined up to my budget

.Everyone at the front desk was new and needed a lot of training. Manager. Dusty, very rude, don't have any people skills,came out the back fusing and telling the 2 new ppl not to have anyone bhide the counter. Which i was standing on the side. Then she talked over me to a guy working the desk. There was charges on my account that shouldn't have been there. And I had the bank on the phone and she rudely said...we didn't put any charges on my credit card and walked away.

I had neighbors above me who were having some party and they sounded like they were coming through the ceiling. I had 2 sick kids and myself and instead of moving them or asking them to be a little more quiet and light footed I was told at 9:00pm I would have to move me and my children

Had a great stay even if it was a short one.

The hotel lobby staff went out of their way to accommodate by searching for items that were not available (coffee cups were out) near the coffee and tea area after breakfast was over.

A waste of my time because of no hot tub!

Breakfast was just ok. Location was close to where we wanted to go

Website shows hotel has a hot tub. Big lie!!! Hasn’t had one for a few years. Tempted to talk to my lawyer about false advertising. NEVER would have stayed there otherwise.

Great room- everyplace in the hotel was spotless !

The location was perfect, within walking distance to the U of I football stadium!

Our room was very warm. So we put the AC on- not really a problem
