One of Cleburne's best!

New!!! Even the smell in the room had the new smell! The breakfast was outstanding! Usually I cannot eat the "fake" eggs, but these eggs were eatable. Everything was tasty and the lady who maintained the food kept everything picture perfect! Aside from the obligatory waffle makers, she provided eggs, tasty meats, potatoes, pastries, and good coffee!

The bathroom had a an odor, I think from the water. People hoarded the luggage carts by putting them in their room until they were ready to use. There were no carts available during the 45 minutes we ate breakfast. My suggestion would be to weld bars on the top of the carts that extend higher then the door opening preventing people from storing the carts in their rooms.

We will definitely stay here whenever we are in Cleburne!!

The breakfast was good, and had quite a good selection of foods. The one item which was not available was the oatmeal which I always have in the morning. However, we did come just as the breakfast became available, so perhaps it just was not quite ready. The virtual check-in process was great, as well as the digital key. When we entered the room, the television greeted us with a message. The room was very spacious, clean, and the beds were comfortable.

There isn’t really anything we did not like. The hotel in undergoing renovation, and yet it did not affect our comfort or stay. Great hotel!

Property was under construction and there was no notice about this. Had to end up leaving because of the construction dust and it made the allergies go wild.

Clean room ,easy access.

Refrigerator could not be used smelled like rotten children when we opened it. Microwave needed cleaning . Both the pool and the hot tub were closed and we would not have stayed there if we would have known this in advance.

The front desk clerk was on the rude side. we didn’t have a single wash cloth in the room and when I asked for 2 or 3 wa

I’ve stayed there several times and always enjoyed it, the staff for the most part was wonderful. the the day time front desk attendant was less than friendly, almost arrogant.

The reason we chose to stay was so the kids could enjoy swimming at the indoor pool. however it was closed for reconstruction. would have been nice to have a heads up about that and we then could have chosen to stay there or make other arrangements

Everyone rooms had a bad order bathroom We’re not clean , hair everywhere. old toilet paper role was on them couches were disgusting, curtains were so dirty and old breakfast wasn’t the best

Disappointed in cleanliness and lack of management followup regarding invoice; have called 3 times.

location was convenient to robotics event; breakfast was good and breakfast area was clean

The first room they put us in heading the heat was not working the second room they put us in because I'm handicapped was not good either the third room finally we got in we were both so tired we didn't care at that point but very unhappy with the facility overall wish I had some kind of recourse I'd take it the rate was way too high for the facility there the staff was nice and helpful but the room the motel itself terrible never stay there again.

We were charged more than the booking.com price quoted. It wasn't much about $20 more and honestly my fault for not double checking it. Was in town for medical purposes and wasn't paying attention or concerned at the time. So my only recommendation is to be aware of checking the price ahead of time just so you're in the mindset it might not be right when actually checking in.

Bait and switch

We did not stay - the room we booked (King + couch with hide a bed) was NOT what we were given at check in (we got a room with a single full size bed and they tried to bring in a roll-a-way bed. The hotel blamed booking.com; booking.com blamed the hotel and I ended up threatening to call the police for fraud. If you charge me for a king suite, you give me a king suite.

The fact that I ended up having to find another place to stay late at night. We were exhausted and road weary and the room situation made that just a terrible night. I got the impression that they gave away our room even though we had guaranteed late check in....

Very good

loved the effort from the staff they were great! but unfortunately disliked the perfumed room spray distributed all night in the air conditioning unit. i didn’t realize it was coming from the unit until I layed down and woke up constantly to the smell. I’m highly sensitive to any chemical spray so sadly didn’t love this overnight :(

We just needed a safe, comfortable place to stay with our kids and this met all our expectations!

Our rooms were comfortable and clean. The pool was fun for the entire family. Breakfast was absolutely delicious!

All of the Hampton Inn staff were professional,courteous and helpful throughout our stay. Everyone was cheerful and greeted us with a smile.
