No humanity or compassion

Nice rooms, clean for the most part

My fella was a little late coming back from getting material to do the next job and I had to stay about 30 mins past checkout. They called me to let me know I needed to wait outside and they would be at the room in 5 mins to insure I was gone.

After arriving told we couldn't stay no rooms available where we could have our dogs. 1 service dog 1 show dog both small dogs. So got turned away but still charged After desk clerk told us we wouldn't be charged

Location great. Room good and clean, Bath shower excellent pressure. We would stay there again

Pleasant

Kind of a cold feeling when entering. Glass covering at the bottom of the window was closed off. It was difficult to pay. I felt like I saw in a war zone with bullet proof glass between me and the staff. Prefer face to face. Bed was hard and covers were too thin. Room was clean, but hallways were hot and smelled like stale smoke.

A Traditional inviting lobby and check in. Better pillow top or memory foam beds. Air conditioning In Halls, no stale odors.

Our stay was fantastic!

Before Covid appeared, Kaye would make eggs for breakfast and that was a treat the other times we stayed there. Now it has had to be reduced to cereal!

Everything was wonderful, especially how owner and staff treated us!!!

We stay in alot of hotel's and for the price i thought it was going to be just on,but the place is so well taken care of and spotless and the staff is great

Would never stay there again.

No breakfast available. Only coffee, juice and toast. They could have at least had yogurt and individually wrapped pastries!

Didn't feel safe in first room - wood frame around door lock had been chisled out like someone tried to break in. Requested new room. Immediately had to call for towels, bath soap and extra toilet paper. Bath soap was so thin and small you could see through it! Good for one shower then was gone! Breakfast was horrible. Coffee, juice and toast! That was it!

Exceptional accommodations and value.

The place was very clean and our request for a top floor was honored. It was just what we were looking for. It was an exceptional value.

The refrigerator in the room was making a ticking noise. We had to unplug it.

The bed was comfortable. Pillows were thin!

No breakfast, no coffee or tea in lobby. The lobby is closed due to covid. They offered no options in place of breakfast, not even a grab n go bag. At 3am until approximately 530am i was awakened by loud running on the 3rd floor above my room. Then as check out time was approaching, I made 3 trips down to lobby to get a cart to load my luggage so I could check out and at 10:55 am I receive a call in the room from a housekeeper telling me it was time to check out! I told him I am trying to make that happen, but I needed a cart to do that. I waited and rang the bell several times to check out and to let them know about being awakened to the loud running at 3am, no one showed up to speak with me.
