very poor customer service , blanket has smoking holes even though the room was non smoking room , couch had disgusting stains all over and dirty as well, lack of charging port or extension cords.

Reservation was made by mistake. Place was not evident until receipt was sent. Poor poor poor

the area/2 rooms together

non smoking room which definitely smelt like smokers had been there. bathroom door wouldn’t latch shut. No free breakfast(limited coffee and juice and 1 honey bun in case for 9 people)

The bed was so bad. Broken and looks like nobody pay attention to it. The mattress are so bad that it’s impossible to sleep on it. And the noise. There were working on the other room beside mine and too noice at early morning around 8 am …,,, not good at all ..,

There’s a restaurant next to the property and it’s impossible to park in there because the restaurant customers take the hotel parking lot the the hotel employees don’t do nothing about it..

The location was fine for the events that we came to attend. The rooms were clean and the air condition, refrigerator and TV were all operating.

The coffee maker in room 304 was not usable and it appeared to not have been cleaned from it's prior use. Additionally, it was advertised that a continental style breakfast was included/served but this was not the case. Only coffee or tea was.
