setting was lovely
getting to our room was difficult. Long walk with stairs at end. my husband has mobility issues and this was difficult for him.

I love staying there. The quietness. The privacy is nice. Not to far from town
The cabin I stayed in seemed very dark. It was dirty outside in the front and back porch. No indoor pool my grand kids were very disappointed being it was spring break and cold outside

They did not offer breakfast. I was hoping they did
Only problem was loud noise across hall Saturday night in room 431 from 10 to 2 am. Loud rap music lots people in and out of room. It was like a college frat party!

Location was optimal - could go to the Berkshires and upstate NY locations. Being able to book a suite with a kitchenette was helpful as a family. The suite was nicely sized.
The suite was pretty dirty when we got there. Someone's old towel was still on the door. The floor had not been properly vacuumed - I could feel the dirt and grit. We were not provided sheets and pillowcases for the sofa bed so had to request those. It was pretty clear that their housekeeping & maintenance is pretty bad right now. Turns out - they don't provide housekeeping services during your stay anymore "due to covid". However, the sign inside the suite door still says that housekeeping is provided daily. I have stayed at Jiminy Peak once before in 2016, and it was significantly better maintained at the time, but it certainly isn't now.

location
musty and very bad smell

Breakfast at the Country Store was tasty and close by. 24-hour check-in was very convenient for us since we got there quite late.
Food at John Harvard's was fair.

There was no breakfast
The pool could have been open

Hallways and stair wells could have been cleaner. The unit we stayed in could use an update and maybe some fresh decor.

Room location was convenient, given that the elevator was broken. Didn't realize our room was a suite. living room/kitchenette was a nice surprise. Extra sink in separate room next to bathroom was convenient.
Room itself (and probably the whole place) could really use an update. Very tech unfriendly: wifi was poor, even within the hotel grounds; no easily accessible outlets for electrical plugs or USB charging; because wifi was so poor, we couldn't even call or text our family at the adjoining condos without having to call from the ancient wall phone in the living/dining area, and going thru the main desk in the lobby.
Small note: the toilet paper roll in the bathroom was soaking wet when we arrived. Another roll was available near the sink, but still....

Honestly we came to for a wedding,checked-in late night and was gone for most of the stay.So unfortunately we didn't get to experience anything, but we're coming back with the whole family.
I wanted a complete separate bathroom with jacuzzi or spa tub and the outdoor pool which I thought was heated wasnt open.Otherwise I enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back when everything is open.Covid has messed up everything.

Unfortunately most of the restaurants on property were closed.
