We had to change 2 rooms because they smelled moldy. We requested a third room change. It smelled a little better but the sink faucet sprayed all over.

Location's ok. Easy access with major highways, dinners, gas and a supermarket.
Towels are old and dirty, worn-out, would be transparent soon, with yellow stains on them. No elevator, stairwell reeks of marijuana. The faucet looks odd, and the water comes out at an angle where it's easy to get wet.Didn't bother to try breakfast. While it is close to major highways, it is certainly noisy at night.

The location is good. We were able to get off the interstate and spend the night and get back on the road easily and quickly. I felt safe taking my dog out to go potty at all hours. It was quiet so were able to rest. We were given a room that smelled like mold and musty and immediately reported it to the front desk. The staff very quickly took care of moving us to another room without issue.
We were originally moved from one room to another because the room smelled like mold and musty. The new room was not as bad but it still had a slight odor of mold and mildew. Everything appeared to be clean though. I felt like the rooms had this odor from not being used and the air conditioning being turned off to save power. If they have rooms they do not want to use for a while, they probably should invest in some dehumidifiers to keep the musty odors down.

The location was close to River Street, our spring break destination. The choice of restaurants near the hotel was a plus. Overall, the stay and price were decent at the property.
I didn't like the view from my room. It was not scenic. The help we received at the front desk was okay, it was not 100 percent.

The breakfast was okay, they had bagels and yogurt.
The reviews on booking.com don’t match the reality of the place. Not sure how it has so many positive reviews on cleanliness on here. Once I arrived and saw the conditions I went to view the Google reviews and those made more sense. First of all, just entering and seeing the lobby I knew it wasn’t going to be good. The place is run down and basically a motel. My husband saw a sketchy guy walking up and down the halls and there was a homeless guy strung out underneath the lamp post across the hotel. There were also people yelling outside our room around 1am and slamming doors. It woke me up bc I thought they were trying to get in our room. I paid $120 total for one night and might as well have stayed in a motel 6! The room had an overwhelming smell of mildew and must so we sprayed perfume everywhere which didn’t do much. I can still smell the mildew, gross. The bathroom was clean enough considering how run down everything is, guess it won’t look sparkling clean no matter what. The tub didn’t have a stopper and I could see the grime and hair clogging the drain. The ceiling above the bed was falling apart and I don’t think the rusty sprinklers would actually work if there’s a fire. The towels were stained and so was the comforter. After seeing Google reviews that they have bedbugs and roaches I checked everywhere and thankfully didn’t find any so that’s a plus. However when I pulled up the sheets and protector there were food crumbs underneath it which is nasty. This place was also very far from the historic district in the middle of nowhere. Just spend extra and stay in a nice hotel, the pictures on this posting are a scam they make it look wayyy better than it is. THIS IS A MOTEL! Google reviews state they have BED BUGS AND ROACHES. If I hadn’t been traveling all day and it wasn’t so late I would’ve packed my things up and gone to find another place.

Nothing
The person at the front desk was rude. When we arrived nobody was there, I rang the bell and when she came she started excusing herself on a very unfriendly manner. Then the room we got was not cleaned/made. This is why we decided not to stay there.

Very convenient location. The overnight desk clerk was a sweetheart. I believe her name was Hagar.
Room had been updated but still showed visible wear and tear. Bed was a little soft for my liking.

The bed was very comfortable, which I didn’t think it would be because it was a little firm, but it was great.
It was a little over priced, I think.

We stayed here to break up our trip to Orlando. When we arrived check in was very easy and the staff was friendly. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. We will keep this hotel in mind for the next time we travel to Florida!
There wasnt anything we didnt like about this property. It's not a 4 star resort, but for the price it felt very safe and was clean. Very friendly staff! Only downside was we overslept and missed breakfast.

The location.
The property is dated and not so clean. Staff was very accommodating. Property should be renovated and updated.

Loved the location. close to the highway and lots of food options. Nice comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Clean outside pool with a great place to sit and relax while the sun went down.
Small things. My mini fridge had someone’s leftover lunch inside. no biggie and easy to miss when flipping a room. My card keys stopped working on the door to my room, twice.

Moderately priced, convenient location and ease of check-in.
Limited breakfast selection and bagels tasted more like bread. Noisy air unit and lingering smell of cigarettes.

The hotel location is great. Fast and friendly staff. Front Desk lady was very inviting, helpful and relatable. She offered the amenities of the hotel. She knew her position and is great at it. Keep up the good work Pooler! The beds were amazing. Thank you for providing us with clean sheets and towels. The bathrooms were amazingly clean. Great house keeping staff and service. I was impressed with the cleanliness. our stay was exceptional. Thank you
The tissue paper could be of better quality. If the tissue paper was better ply- quality, maybe the waste would be less. There is a better quality of paper that keeps the hands dry without using a heap. I absolutely love the soap and shampoo conditioner! That soap cleans the best.
