Staff was friendly and in a great location.

Hallway carpets needed some attention but the facility was doing repairs so it was understandable. Other than that, the facility was great

Not a bad place to lay your head to sleep but I would not stay there if I was staying more than two days

Beds were comfortable

The breakfast was not entertaining to eat. The coffee in the hotel rooms had bigger cups than at the breakfast. Opened the refrigerator in our room to put some drinks in and there was someone’s milk and half eaten Duncan donuts piece of something in a package. Stepped in wet spot by the bed the cleaning person had left some kind of bottle of cleaner under the bed and it leaked in the floor.

Gross breakfast. Not much choice at all. Very limited and what was offered wasn’t American food. I was expecting more for what we paid but was sadly disappointed.

About as bad as it would be to stay in a homeless shelter.

The location was the only positive attribute for this property.

The building is dated and although renovations are underway the room we were given smelled like a basement and the floors were filthy.

Very good

I love location, bed was very comfortable. Room was clean but smelled of mold, do to air conditioner. Loved the pool very clean. Breakfast wasn't the best but ok.

Only one complaint is the smell of mold. Told the guy at the front desk he came and sprayed air freshener that lasted about 20 minutes, then back to mold smell. I believe it was the air conditioner.

Location to shopping and restaurants, right off I-95. Beds were comfortable, breakfast looked/smelled good . Didn't get a chance to try but seemed better than last place we stayed.

Only a 2 story hotel ,no elevator, plan on walking up stairs if room is on the second floor(not ideal if you have tons of luggage). Hotel looks to be going through some sort of construction/renovations (ie hallway floors had woodchips and small nails embedded in the carpet, should've been cleaned up better).

The bathroom floor was filthy, the bathtub was filthy. I stayed one night because I had traveled 6 hours and was too tired to go anywhere. But I let the desk know that I was not happy

Great hidden spot

Loved the stay! My partner was more critical than I was but I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Imran was a great front desk agent as I had to book a separate day and he made the process super easy for me. The bed was comfy. The shower was hot and powerful (there was some rust on the back of the shower head but it didn't bother me). I missed out on breakfast but the smell was amazing! It's close enough to downtown Savannah to where it was a minor travel and easy on my family. I will be returning for sure!!!

The gentleman at the front desk was helpful. The room itself was clean.

The actual building had an extremely odd smell to it. I was trying to get into my room and someone came out of nowhere and opened my room for me- didn’t know if he was an employee or just some random man with access to my room? As a young woman traveling alone it freaked me out.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I had to ask them to clean the bathtub walls because it was a little dirty. They did not have any syrup for the waffles. The carpet throughout the hotel had quite a bit of spots.

Awful. the hotel smelt of drugs, there was loud rap music playing across the corridor all night and doors banging! we ha

the bed sheets were clean

when we arrived the security door to the rooms was not secure; the carpet in the hallway was sodden; the corridors stank of cannabis; the room smelt strongly of mold and there was black mold on the curtains; the sprinkler had been removed and wires were sticking out of the wall; the carpet was stained and to top it off there was no running water! we did not stay and have yet to receive a refund
