Oh dear...

The bed was clean and comfortable and the location was central to the town. It was a quiet night's sleep.

Unfortunately the room was quite dirty making me feel that I couldn't touch much. The decor was very dated unlike the online photos. The lady at the front desk was nice enough but considering I only paid a bit more than this for a suit in a large hotel in Reno it doesn't correlate with this price. Would not stay again.

Great place to rest: very nice bathroom, comfortable bed, very clean.

The owner waited to give us our room key as we arrived late, even though we called ahead in case he wanted to just deposit it somewhere. Thank you! The bathroom was modern (recently remodeled, perhaps?) and spotlessly clean, as was the bedroom.

Can't think of any negatives.

so grossed out by dirty tub and also no soap in the dispenser in shower

it was in a decent area off the main road.

dirty! found a huge wad of black hair in the bathtub. bed was too soft. memory foam.

Photos of the property were very deceiving; the swimming pool was literally green. It did not feel like a safe location, old, run down, painted over, nasty location and hotel.

We were there for 3 days and they never cleaned nor did they give me a cleaning service for anything or towels, it is the worst service that they have given me, I do not return there for free.

Great place to stay for a few days of hiking.

Great location. Away from the main road but still walking distance to everything. The property is very quiet. Pool was great. Room was bigger than I thought. I had a full size bed. Good size refrigerator that worked great.

Walls are thin. I stayed 3 nights. The first night there were children people in the upstairs room walking back and forth half the night. It was like elephants. Ask for the upper story if you are in the 2 story building.

Over priced motel maybe it’s inflation

The place has been updated in rooms

Toilet wasn’t clean, shower handle was on the tub floor. There were construction workers above one of our rooms making noise at 2am like drug addicts moving stuff around no respect. The outside grounds are poor and we paid $170 for each room I won’t stay here again would rather sleep in car or a campground.

No parking, beds were uncomfortable mattresses were lumpy. Carpet was disgusting. Air conditioner was so loud we couldn't fall asleep. Would never recommend or stay here again.

No TV Bathroom sink was dirty Refrigerator needed cleaning (crumbs and spots) No lamps on bed stand, only overheads, accessible from wall switch only. Noisy For $90 + it was by far the poorest accommodation I have ever experienced. I felt uncomfortable going to my vehicle affter dark. I would not recommend booking anyone else to this location. Idk if theirs break fast but the area is pretty quiet at night the check in guy last night made my whole 3 mile walk there worth it! Definitely a pleasure staying here

Fit what we needed.

The room was clean. Location was fine. There was food and beer within walking distance and the only place open on a Sunday night.

The bed was smaller than expected in a "queen" room. The bed wasn't comfortable.

Close to the Main Street. Restaurants were in walking distance.

The bed was very uncomfortable!! Heater was loud and only one blanket on the bed. We stayed one night in January so weather was freezing cold

the man at the front desk was very friendly and found a way to give me a discount unprompted. unlike many of the other hotels in bishop, this one is set back a few blocks from 395 so was nice and quiet. accommodation was comparable to similar budget hotels like a motel6, but there is a bath tub.
