The Townhouse Motel is a great value and centrally located.

Motel location great, easy walk to various restaurants.

Room was outdated. Bathroom door was missing the doorhandle (it was in pieces on the nightstand). I understand room renovations are underway, so these issues will be addressed soon.

I will not recommend this lodge to anyone

it was convenient

bed was absolutely worthless, towels felt like sandpaper, bathroom sink fixtures almost come off when you turn on the water, area outside the rooms was filthy w/ cigarette butts everywhere

Nice hotel accomidations for the cost

The room was adequate, especially for the cost. Location was very good. Lots of available parking spots, which was very convient. We arrived very late in the early morning hours (1 am). The front desk called to check in on what time we were arriving, which was appreciated.

Nothing, we had a very nice stay.

Location

Staff was nonexistent. Coffee pot didnt work and couldn't find a staff member. The only good thing about this hotel now was the location and the price. But you get what you pay for and even then it was too much in my opinion. I used to stay here alot but now I'll look for other accommodation. Unfortunately by the looks of the town everything is either too much for a family or too run down to bring kids too. Sad what is happening to bishop.

Not the Ritz, but a clean, quiet and comfortable room

The room was clean and quiet. It had a TV, microwave, and refrigerator. The bed was comfortable. It is right on the main drag in Bishop (as are most of the other motels) so restaurants are close by.

This is an older, remodeled property so don't expect the Ritz. Office staff was not there in the morning for some reason. But overall it was fine.

Clean, quiet, older property, central location. Manager-owner on site is a definite plus!

I've stayed at Townhouse several times. I always request a quiet room, and it always is. The location is easy to access and rooms are always clean and quiet. That is what is most important to me.

Affortable motel, good location and great place to stay if you are going to the ski resorts.

Very affordable motel, meets the basis needs for one or two night stay.

The heater is very noisy and was not working properly.

Overall, great price for a place to rest after fishing all day. Right off the main road.

Great Location, hot shower, ac, quiet. Perfect set up for two fishermen dudes.

The craftsmanship of some of the work done in the hotel is very dyi looking. But, its clean and everything works so not going to complain, depending on your perspective it actually might bring some comedic relief to your trip. Lol

the exterior looked a little tired. However, the rooms were very clean with nice bedding a very good TV.

Great location, but they've got some work to do...

Location was great - right in the middle of the few good restaurants in Bishop. The gentleman at the front desk was super nice.

The linens looked very old. Even without covid and bedbug concerns, that is a huge turn off!

Skip this place, and go to Bishop 395 Inn across the street for only $25 more.

The location of this motel is excellent, you can walk anywhere because is so centralized.

The room is antiquated with old wooden paneling and smelly casino carpet. The bed didn't have a fitted sheet, but a normal sheet, and the linens are synthetic, there was no hot water at the sink, I didn't test the shower. Room number 33 where I stayed, is on the second floor and right against the street, super noisy all night!

what we needed.

inexpensive for a one nighter to avoid a drive through a snow storm towards Tahoe

kind of dirty. no hot water. office warned we might not have heat. (but we did)

Location was very convenient, on the main highway. King bed was comfortable.

It's an older hotel. Bathroom was remodeled. Tables and chairs are showing their age.
