Hard and painful

Location to SUNY Geneseo

This was the MOST uncomfortable stay I have ever experienced. The bed was so hard, my mother and I did not sleep well because the bed was so freaking hard. We traveled from Poughkeepsie, New York, about 5 hours away, to help move my sister out of college. We both woke up multiple times throughout the night in pain because the bed was rock hard. I would like my money back.

Went up to check out daughters new school. Needed to find a hotel close by that can be used frequently. We found it!!

Friendly staff. Very welcoming Very clean. Great breakfast!

Hotel was OK overall.

Breakfast was very limited, and was not restocked when we went down to eat. Reception was usually not manned, we had to call out to staff for someone to come out

The hotel needs some upgrades. Rooms are older. Had acquaintances stay in a room with a broken fridge and no replacements

Charged more than quoted on Booking.com and had to wait on a refund because both parties blamed the other for the overch

Everything about the stay was great . Comfortable beds , nice pool and hot tub.

Great location to SUNY Geneseo

The staff is always friendly and helpful.

When the top sheet was pulled back there was a potato chip towards the top of the bed closest to the side table with the phone. weird a bed was made with a potato chip in plain sight.

Shower head didn't adjust and large group of people standing outside door making lots of noise.

The location was fantastic. They had GREAT apples at breakfast--not the crappy ones many hotels have. The elevators were quiet. The fitness room was decent.

THe carpeting in my room was frayed and ugly where it met the flooring that led to the bathroom. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

ok and I stay here often it’s close to my family but very disappointed that they didn’t take everyone into conciderstion

Everything accept the noise till after midnight

The noise and when sitting on my bed in my room trying to enjoy a peaceful night the headboard started moving The kids in the room next door were jumping on the beds I believe in children and families enjoying New Years Eves. but there should also be rooms away from the families so single people can enjoy their time too

Good location, very noisy room at night, lots of banging and dragging furniture above us, bad ac

I liked the spaciousness of the breakfast area, and it was well furnished and pleasantly decorated

The staff at reception was very uneven. Exceptionally friendly at our arrival. A lot less bordering on sullen from then on. All in all, ONE very nice and friendly person. The beds were supposed to be “queen “, I am sure that was barely a double. The ac in our room was VERY noisy, woke us up at night. People directly upstairs from us were dragging furniture and banging around.

Cleanliness of property and friendliness of staff. We particularly want to compliment the breakfast service in the morning. A great variety of offerings, well arranged. Best hotel buffet we have seen.
