Room was very clean, bed was comfortable, and the limo was unexpected and awesome
A microwave in room would have been good but they have one in the lobby

Loved the Limo to Foxwoods
Liked everything

The jacuzzi tub was nice with a lot of jets. The room was huge on the first floor although when people checked in above us we could hear their jacuzzi tub going. The fire alarm in the room would make a beeping sound every 30 to 40 seconds which they came right away and fixed that was really good of them.
The jacuzzi tub even though it had a lot of jets it would throw out cold water even with the tub being very warm and even hot. One of the times we stayed in the tub it spit out dirt or something like that. The shower water did not get hot it was warm but not hot.

Being shuttled < / starting with a good breakfast..
Stairs, lots of stairs and hill. I was put out day 2< needed another key card << 1st key card not working. I think maybe assigned parking would help. I was put out with my parking space.. it is not closest to Mohegan Sun , that's what I needed. Whirlpool >> doesn't work 😕

Located close to Foxwoods. Nice big clean rooms and the whirlpool was very nice! Private and each room has their own entry. Also a private balcony.
There was no food or vending on the property

Pets very welcome and no fee.
Terrific memory foam bed that was super comfortable.
Room very spacious.
Microwave and mini-fridge in room.
I rented the room specifically for Jacuzzi tub, but it did not work properly.
Room had 3 windows on the ground floor, including one right over the tub that could be easily looked into because the blinds did not work well.
Forced hot air heat blew onto the bed.
It was quite cold out and windows and door to outside were drafty.

The location
The second we turned on the spa tub (water lukewarm not hot) the smoke detector went off. We turned the water colder & again the smoke detector went on and off a few times and continued to sound loudly for about 30 minutes. By some miracle our toddler was so exhausted from traveling that she actually slept through it with her white noise machine & all the fans. We had the windows open & sliding doors open, but it did not help. The desk clerk did offer for us to change rooms during our last call when it was almost 11pm but it finally stopped. We ended up not using the spa tub.
When we were finally able to reach a manager, he refused to refund us the difference between the cost of the stay (250$) & the cost of a room without a spa tub (which is about 50$ I think) or even any of the difference at all. The manager stated that we would need to come back and stay another night (which they gave us a coupon for) at the inn to receive any compensation of any kind. He insisted we should have woken up our sleeping toddler to move to another room near midnight. We live hours away & we did not have even a reasonable stay at the inn, there is obviously no reason we would want to go back. We did not expect a full reimbursement, all we asked for was the difference in the cost of the rooms, not even anything more for being put through the whole smoke detector/spa scenario.
I have never written a review for a stay on booking.com before but I think anyone who would want to stay at this place should know what to expect if they book this type of room & how a similar situation would be handled by the manager.

Breakfast was fair. No coffee on Sunday.
Great location.

They need more staff to clean the rooms.
Towels very small.
No floor mats for shower or jacuzzi.
They didn't always answer their phone.

The room was spacious- (could use an extra cabinet in the bathroom.) Property was very clean and well kept.
The beds were very comfortable.
Quiet despite being close to a main road.
Evening firepit allows for socialization with other guests.
Breakfast was good and well stocked.
Add in extra towels (not really a problem because all you have to do is ask).
Extra roll of toilet paper and kleenex would be helpful as well.
No issues with the room and property.
