Please buy new desk chairs, fix bathroom wall by shower head

What Breakfast???? Only saw coffee

For a Wyndham property it needs to be fixed up.

Passable

My choice to stay in Torrington at Days Inn was based on arriving early for a three day even in Goshen. When I arrived, it was clear that this was a mid range hotel - felt a bit seedy. There was a crown of young kids - about 10 - hanging at the back door smoking pot and being loud. They ran in and out of the hotel at will and pretty much disturbed my safety. I actually parked my car in a handicap spot just to be sure that it would be relatively safe. I will be returning to Torringorn in the future and would like to stay at the hotel but would like to feel that it was not an incubator for crime. The room was good. TV remote had dead batteries. Overall a disappointment and I am not generally overly picky.

When We arrive the front desk guy was in the phone talking to a friend and assured me twice that didn’t find my reservation 🤔

Definitely will book another stay.

I think the breakfast could be a little better but it was good for what it was. Maybe add another cereal. Maybe some different flavor bagels.

clean,would have been ideal place to stay had the installation been the same quality as the material

For a renovated older hotel it was clean.

Money was put into products to improve property, the installation was beyond poor. Granite installed yet painted on when walls were painted. Floors new tile, grout not finished/instead of cutting last piece of baseboard tile it was set in at an upward angle.

Great Affordable Place!

I really liked the location and the cleanliness of the facility. Everything was organized, neat, and clean. The staff were exceptionally accommodating as well. I stayed with my young child and felt very safe.

The continental breakfast was limited but offered. There is also no pool.

Great location, great value!

I was really nervous to stay here after reading the mixed reviews. I was pleasantly surprised though! The location, the fresh paint in our rooms, and the overall cleanliness made it a great stay and a cost effective choice.

The bathtub could stand being replaced as there was some permanent mold around the edges/crevices. The “breakfast” was minimal: yogurt and cereal, and not much else.

Pretty much what you expect

As the only hotel in Torrington, it was fine. The beds felt comfortable at first, but we both tossed and turned during the night. The front desk staff was wildly different; upon check-in, one woman was very friendly and nice, the next day during breakfast, a different woman yelled loudly at a guest on the phone. The breakfast was yogurt, bagels, Raisin Bran, Froot Loops, juice, bananas, apples and coffee. The room was clean, but seemed worn out. For the price, it's pretty much what I thought it would be. Great location if you're visiting anyone in town. I'd stay again if I needed to, but wish there were other hotels in Torrington.

Fine for a night, but that’s it

I liked the big, comfortable bed and the huge chair next to it. Bed was clean. The staff was very nice and helpful, breakfast was simple, but okay. Convenient location, not very idyllic though, right next to a big road.

Apart from the bed, the hygiene was a little off. There were fake eyelashes from a previous guest glued to the lamp on the desk, the tub was outdated, constantly dripping water and wasn’t very welcoming because it looked filthy. There were two bugs in my room. In the morning housekeeping marched in: Their knock woke me up and before I knew it they entered my room. Once they realized I was there they left immediately.

Water was not very hot. Three big buses in the parking lot took up a lot of spaces.
