Would stay again but try the hotel building instead of the detached buildings.

The attached restaurant is a favorite of my daughters for their gluten free menu. The shuttle to Mayo Clinic was much nicer than walking the tunnel system! Loved that breakfast was included and I did not have to pay for parking as well.

We stayed in one of the oldest detached buildings and would not choose this option again. While it was a comfortable bed and the room looked clean, it smelled musty and was outdated. The air conditioner was not actually in the bedroom. There was an exhaust looking fan in the wall that was noisy and the only way to blow the cold air from the living room into the bedroom. We were also up on the 3rd floor farthest from the elevator and found it be difficult to access the room easily.

Ok if you get to stay in the Big House.

Great location; staff were nice.

This hotel has several different buildings; the pool, restaurant, and breakfast were in all in the main building that was very nice and updated but the building our room was in was quite a trek away and was very outdated and had poison ivy all over the walkways and railings.

Decent rooms, great food!

Service and food at Twigs was excellent. Hot breakfast was very good too. Located close to Mayo and shuttle service

Hotel is a little run down. The toilet in our room didn’t flush very well. It took a long time for the shower to get hot. The bathroom fan was squealy. Hot tub wasn’t very hot.

Would consider staying here again

We loved the shuttle service to and from Mayo. Breakfast options were a lot better than the other hotel we stayed at during our last visit. Free parking was also nice. I read there are some hotels that charge for parking!

I personally didn't find the bed to be too comfy but my boyfriend slept like a rock. Wish they offered a bigger discount for Mayo patients.

The hotel was very nice and comfortable. The receptionist was exceptional as well.

The property was very nicely decorated out front and in the lobby. Beautiful flowers out front.

I think the hotel would benefit from taking the carpets out of the rooms. I personally think rugs are hard to keep clean, and trap odors. I know others would disagree and prefer carpet but I think carpets in general are kind of yucky.

Location

This was my second stay at this hotel. The first stay was satisfactory, but this time, I was put in a separate building with no elevator. I had to drag my luggage up an outdoor flight of stairs. My bed came out of the wall, had no comforter or pillows, just a rough brown blanket, and was as hard as the floor. I had to use the pillows from the loveseat. The room had a foul odor, and the bathroom was so gross, I refused to shower in it. The hotel staff was very dismissive upon check in. The cost of the second stay was also significantly higher than the first.

Furnishings were old. Ceiling fan in the bathroom sounded like a jet engine. The water in the shower was lukewarm at best. Wasn't aware that they have many buildings

shuttle to Mayo

under heater vents were very dirty. could see when you would sit down. our toilet would flush but wouldn’t go down called front desk and they said they would send someone up. Never showed up so by morning it smelled. never got fixed while there.

Decent value with great location.

Breakfast was adequate, but seemed to be reduced from prior stays. Food was fresh.

This facility needs to update furnishings and ensure that all is in good repair.

This hotel always does a great job. Easy access to Mayo as well as a shuttle service. Twigs restaurant is fantastic, clean rooms and great staff.

Pleasant

We enjoyed.the hot tub and the pool area was nice.

The beds in the rooms were not very comfortable. When I called to ask about early check in. The lady was kinda rude saying , she could not tell me that. When we left there were 6 early check ins at 11. So that was upsetting. Considering we drove 3.5 hrs.
