Parking garage is small & cramped. But it works & was close to where we needed to be.

The location is fabulous especially if you’re a patient at Mayo. and I love the subway system it makes it very convenient and easy.
The hotel needs updating very badly and a good cleaning. also it definitely needs new mattresses.

Location
Heater/AC falling off wall. Had to put towels around it. As you could see outside. To keep bugs out. Tub/shower was horrible. Sent note to them. No response

Easy parking and dining options at the hotel. Staff was very friendly and facilities were well kept up
Beds were a bit firm and the room we had was a bit dated.

I liked that it was close to the Mayo civic center.
It was dirty. My daughter was cut by a piece of glass that was in the bedding, that was not from anything we had. They tried to charge for my service dog, calling her a “pet.” When we tried to talked to the manager about the glass found in my daughter’s bed she said it was her day off and she didn’t want to “deal with any of this.”

Location is perfect! Staff was helpful and nice. I slept like a baby.
The drain in the shower was very slow, so you’re standing in water. The air conditioner was very loud. I believe the fan is not balanced in the unit. I had to turn it off before going to sleep.

Pool area was dirty and had no towel, water was cold, hot tub out of order. Found socks from another guest in the pull out couch. When confronted front desk they said they can't do anything and had no manager on site. Had no change for a $20 when wanted to buy a bottle of water with cash. Bathroom in room so tiny, sheets had spots on them.

Location.
Dirty, unhelpful staff. I rented the suite that had a kitchenette. Not one glasss, plate, silverware to be found. The cupboards were completely empty except for one toaster.

They have ceased offering breakfast since Covid and have chosen to not restart having a nice continental breakfast
No breakfast and having to pay extra for parking even though you were staying. They are charging $15.00 a night for parking - not good!!!!

The location is perfect for medical visits to the Mayo Clinic
We checked out a day early from the original reservation and the hotel could not give me credit for it. The bed was positioned about 12 inches too close to a wall for wheelchair access.

The location to Mayo. Great coffee shop in the lobby.
Everything to do with the hotel room. The room was not clean. My daughter had to shower with her shoes on. The customer service at the front desk was awful. We had to go to the front desk 4 times just to get into our room because a key wouldn’t and after three different tries they finally moved us rooms. The pool was not swimmable, there were huge nests of hair and dead bugs in the pool. The ice machine only worked on one floor. It was a terrible experience all around.

closeness to Mayo Clinic
room was fair and comfortable
the bed was comfortable and the suite was ok -
difficulty getting trash changed and clean towels . very stingy with coffee in room and none in lobby - have to ask for everything. cleaning lady never came in room and can’t speak English - we stayed 4 days
no carts to check in or out - we had to use a Mayo Clinic wheelchair to move our luggage
limited hot water for bath - best to take bath at night so you have hot water

The front desk clerk to at least 30 minutes to get us checked in, I’m handicapped and there was no parking available and finally your desk clerk was on some type of drugs! absolutely ridiculous!

The room was well kept and spacious, put together nicely for the long stay Mayos sometimes requires.
The staff was very kind and accommodating. The laundry room was easy to get to. Nice game room and pool area. The parking garage was also a bonus, though only good for small cars.
The TV lineup didn't offer much, and the movies available were slim. Offering Netflix or other streaming channels would be nice.
The water pressure wasn't great in the shower, and the bathroom was a tad small. There is no business center available to print things. Otherwise, this is a fantastic place to stay.

The location was in walking distance to where we were going.
The parking. The parking stalls are double marked and lot of people parked in two stalls leaving no room to park. In the lower level couldn't find my way to the lobby.

Room was clean and had extra
Room if you we’re staying longer
Hallway carpets were a mess of stains and smells.

It was a large enough room with a fridge which we needed.
We needed to call housekeeping as the bathtub was dirty with scum on the bottom and there was a pillow case on the floor behind a night stand.
