Disappointed and never again

The proximity to Minneapolis airport and location was close to family in the area

Bed frame was broken, toilet handle was loose and toilet ran unless you jiggled it, water pressure in shower was bad and ice machine on the floor didn’t work. This was supposed to be a hotel that doesn’t allow pets. We were awakened several times during our sleep with a dog barking all night. Called the front desk at 1 am and 2:30 am! Ridiculous! Service dogs don’t bark all night. Third night we were awakened at 4 am by another dog barking. Seriously, check people’s credentials for a service dog or place them in rooms away from other guests.

Good stay. Always comfortable room, but planes taking off at MSPbat 6:00am woke us up too early

We like the proximity to MSP for an over night layover.

The sloped driveway to bring our luggage in was precarious

Location was good and the bed was comfortable.

The room was smaller than I thought. The ice machine on the floor was broken. Not that many options to eat at breakfast.

We loved that it was by the airport so we gor to watch the planes go by. And the beds were so soft and comfortable.

The light between the beds was off the wall husband had to fix it, the was a plastic ball and gum packet behind the bed that was there before we got in there. And no trash bags.

Large hole in hide-a-bed blanket.

The staff! So friendly and helpful! Beautiful hotel, room layout. Awesome breakfast! Thank you!

Broken light bulb at desk. Non working light in shower. The most unsettling was no linens for hide-a-bed, so when I requested, given a very shabby, frayed, large hole light blanket and one top sheet (no fitted). I requested an addl blanket, just as shabby, and a sheet for bottom. PLEASE update your linens and leave in closet.

Sufficient and clean hotel

The semi-separated bedroom and living room area is very nice. The room is large and clean. The bed is super comfortable. Breakfast has typical offerings but the buffet was very clean because the staff was constantly clearing away the crumbs and scrambled eggs that people dropped.

The water tank for the toilet wasn't filling properly but someone came and fixed it almost immediately after we talked to the staff about it. The refrigerator has a loud hum that never stopped. It didn't keep us up at night but it was a little annoying...

Probably more of a one nihht airport stay

Staff were friendly.

The main reason we booked here was to stay at a hotel with a spa which was advertised that they had a spa. When we arrived the spa was not working and appeared that it has not been working for quite some time. Woukd have been good to know so we could have booked a different hotel.

Clean and quiet, just wish the pool was open!

It was clean and pretty quiet when you factor in the airport right across the highway. Our rooms were nice. We did have to go and ask for bed stuff for the pull out beds but with Covid precautions that wasn’t too surprising.

The pool was under renovation, they did tell us we could use the pool at the hotel next door but 2 hotels worth of people in one small pool? We just chose to not swim, which sucked for our kiddos. Seems to be our luck with hotels lately though, it’s like the ice cream machine at McDonald’s, 50/50 shot it’s usable lol

it was a nice hotel. I would probably stay there again. it was right down the street from the mall. But they do need to

The Queen suite was nice and big for our family of 5

The shower would not shut off so it was a constant leaking. There was not much shower pressure and the hot water didn’t get very hot at all. I know everyone is short staffed right now but you could tell the floors hadn’t been mopped in the bathroom. The parking lot is very small and people were parking in the street.
