Warm, quiet and easy check in

I looked for information about where the breakfast was but couldn’t find any information so we went to McDonald’s.

Horrible they are some of the most unkind, inhumane people I've ever encountered in customer service..very sad for them.

Absolutely nothing. There was one nice staff member.

Handy Location if you are picking up a truck at Peterbilt as I was; next door to Petro Truckstop and two doors down from Peterbilt.

No Breakfast at all. Meh service from desk clerk. Noisy location. Room was dated and "just OK". Only reason I picked this spot was coming in very late, just needed a crash pad overnight to pick up a truck next door.

It was affordable; I would look for other accommodations before staying here again.

It was available at a reasonable price. It was a place to sleep.

Not easily accessible…confusing entrance. Front desk person: not particularly helpful. It wasn’t a friendly experience.

They have done some updates and with that there is no carpet (I love that). We had a kingsize bed room and it was very spacious. It had a recliner, table and chairs, good size fridge, and microwave. The bed was comfortable too. Our air-conditioning went out and they had it replaced by the time we returned from our event. All said we would stay here again.

clean, comfortable, and takes great care of their guests

conveniently located on I-5. The desk attendant went above and beyond to accommodate us and make sure we were comfortable. the beds were clean and comfortable.

few minor housekeeping items that I noticed: the shower head had calcium build up, the floor was gritty and didnt look like it had been cleaned, there was a large crack in the tile of the shower (not a comfort issue for us but you may want to address that to save yourself hassle in the future).

Person who Checked us in was nice. Nice room.

Location of hotel. Truck stop. Soda machine took my money and did not give me my change. Checkout man was a bit bothered by us, had to request a receipt.
