About this house rental
Perfectly located just outside the city limits of Phoenix, OR, The Little Farmhouse is a 15 minute drive from many southern Oregon destination cities including Jacksonville, Medford and Ashland! Begin you're day in our modern farmhouse watching the sunrise on our front porch swing prior to a days adventure in the Applegate wine country or a trip to shops and the nationally acclaimed Oregon Shakespeare Festival in Ashland. Wind down by catching dinner and a Britt Festival show in historic Jacksonville or by relaxing on our huge back patio with dinner on the BBQ, a glass of wine and good conversation around our gas fire pit. If the mood strikes you, we'd encourage you and your guests to stroll along our 17 acre farm enjoying the history of our 100+ year old pole barn, our large deck, lawns, walking paths and our fields planted with over 40 varieties of pumpkins!

Lovely little cottage perfect for a road trip with granddaughter. We wanted a place for her to have her privacy and this two bedroom small house was the best - well equipped and clean. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it,

We loved our stay at the retreat house. It was a perfect location for our time in Oregon - close enough to visit Crater Lake and very close to the beautiful and fun neighboring town of Ashland. The house had everything we needed and we loved the outdoor space for cooking and eating outside. We would definitely stay here again when we are in the area. Thanks so much!!

Got to the property and was so excited. Very relaxing environment loved the views. Cute house loved the decor. Comfortable beds nice kitchen. My girls had so much fun meeting the goats and sheep and playing at the playground area. I am definitely returning in the future. This place was perfect for my three night visit!

We had a wonderful time at the Pheasant Fields Farm. This is a working farm with the most warm and friendly family. I they are so welcoming it feels like you’re staying with relatives. It’s also very peaceful and relaxing. The location is great for visiting local wineries and attending the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. Definitely will recommend to family and friends.

Very comfortable home located in an absolutely beautiful setting surrounded by corn fields, pumpkins and rows of flowers. The home was spotless and had everything we needed. Had no issues at all and would recommend this home to anyone.

My friend and I stayed here for a week and really enjoyed the cottage and all the local activities. We watched a little of what goes on at the farm in preparation for their fall harvest/pumpkin patch event. Everything in the little farmhouse was well thought out for guests, it was very clean and fortunately had air conditioning as the week was quite warm!

We were staying in the area for college orientation. Erin and Jason could not have been more wonderful to with with. The cottage was on a working farm/ wedding venue. It was beautifully composed, super clean, and super welcoming. Ok

My wife and I visit the Ashland once or twice a year for the plays and for hiking and exploring the area. We prefer to stay in the beautiful, hilly area outside of Talent and this wonderful, little house was perfect for us. The farm setting is lovely and quiet and the house is nicely furnished with comfortable beds, a washer and dryer, central heat and air with ceiling fans and a very nice kitchen. There's a lovely, shaded patio area as well. Communication with the owners was great too. We'd highly recommend this property.

Great location to visit Ashland and Crater Lake NP. The owners are very kind and respond timely to our questions and requests. The farm house is clean and has everything we need for our family. Summer concert is a wonderful surprise to us, great music and vibe, tasty food and joyful atmosphere. In general, the stay has exceeded our expectations and we would like to be back when we visit next time.

Perfect location for Southern Oregon Vacation
A perfect location if you want to visit Ashland, Jacksonville and wine country. The farmhouse is clean and stocked with everything you need. It was fun to get to feed the farm animals. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch sipping wine after a fun day of site seeing.

Perfect farmhouse getaway!
This was an amazing place to stay in the Rogue Valley. The home and property offered beautiful views, nature to enjoy, and a wonderful indoor/outdoor experience for our whole family. Our children especially loved having the farm animals to feed and watch. The adults loved the nearby winery, Pebblestone Cellars.
The location of the property was convenient for enjoying the whole area as it was an easy drive to everything. The home was well-maintained, decorated nicely, and had all the necessary amenities. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, scenic getaway. We will stay again!

Lovely Place
This is a great place, we enjoyed every minute of it. Believe me when I say, you get exactly what they advertise. It was very clean, wonderfully decorated and had a kitchen full of anything you would need....even a KitchenAid mixer and any gadget you would need. I would HIGHLY recommend this gem. I plan on going back.

Cutest little house!
This house far exceeded my expectations. It was clean. I felt right at home. It sits on a beautiful lil farm, with a lamb and a few goata right out back. Erin was amazing! My daughter waited for her one day to help her feed the animals. She was excited to help and Erin was so generous to let her. They have a beautiful back patio with a BBQ and propane fire pit. We stayed three nights. I didn't want to leave.

We had a great stay at the little farmhouse. The place is clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The farm is great for the kids too who loved seeing the animals, tractors and playing at the corn maze.

Clean & Cozy Farmhouse
The Pheasant Fields Farm had extremely responsive staff and were always willing to help us. They provided lots of farm-fresh produce upon arrival, which could be grilled on the gas BBQ on the beautiful porch. This location also has a large variety of animals to visit, such as goats, horses, chickens, and ducks. Lots to do in the area, and comfortable bedrooms. Would highly recommend!

Lovely Home, Plus Goats!
Great place to stay. The property is on a small holding on the outskirts of the Medford area. Just a stones throw from the cottage was a pen of goats and sheep. My two children loved visiting these animals and this was a highlight of the trip. I would have been interested to know the backstory of the place, as there seemed like a photo of the old farmhouse in the cottage. The cottage had lovely outside landscaping and amenities.
