Goede bedden
Gehorig, lawaai ‘‘s nachts. Grote lampen hele nacht aan op naastgelegen parkeerplaats.

Breakfast was great everyday of our stay
Keys to room kept going out . Had to keep replacing key cards.

We were scared to eat the breakfast after seeing the room.
The sheets, wash clothes and towels we old and dingy. The carpet was disgusting. There were obvious stains. The noise level did not allow for sleep.

Staff was helpful in accommodating a room change. King room suite was large and comfy. Breakfast was pretty good and coffee was better than expected.
AC unit was a little loud but it wasn’t unbearable. There were no drawers for storing belongings (very minor issue but I do like to unpack my bags at a hotel.

Only good thing is the location for all food spots.
The room was small and dirty looking. Bed was definitely not king size, carpet and bathroom not cleaned well and there was a smell in the room upon arrival. Only good thing is the location for all food spots.

I like that it was very clean and friendly staff. The guy Kyle at the desk was very professional both nights of our stay. His customer service was excellent.

The location was great! Close to the metro and the beltway. Even though your close to everything (mall, gas station, food, grocery) your still secluded away enough to feel that relax calming vacation vibe.
This took my rating way down!! If you are a woman DO NOT! visit here if you are on your period. You get the smallest amount of Blood on their bedding/towels/wash cloths etc they are charging you $50 as damage if not more. Oh and yes that goes for make-up as well. So Don't fall asleep with your make-up on ladies after a long night but also don't use their cloth to wash your face either. You better come prepared or pay the price. I have traveled to a lot of places and even did staycations and was never charged for anything like this. As a female this is not something we can control and we all know accidents happen and sometimes in our sleep and to be charged for something that we know can be easily washed out properly WE DO IT ALL THE TIME!!! Is so crazy and NO before you even ask the towel/wash cloth are not even the good ones. They're the basic hospital type, the no 100% cotton thread count type Lol........ Oh yea the coffee they give you in your room sucks try to always catch a cup downstairs where they make it at.

I love that it was only 15 minutes from the FedEx Stadium. Lots of stores and gas stations nearby. Fresh baked cookies daily! Great staff!
The only thing that I didn't like is that it was 3 of us in a room and they only had 2 washcloths. Just a suggestion that according to how many people are in a room, have the right amount of items.

The room was clean, employees and housekeepers are friendly and helpful.
The kitchen staff are nice and respectful.
Housekeepers mop the Holloway and elevator every morning but they don't put any signs that the floor is wet.
I was close to slipping and falling.
It will be great if they put up signs.

We liked that we were relatively close to a metro stop and that there was shuttle service. The front desk and other workers were very nice and helpful. The king room was also spacious and clean.
The bed wasn’t that comfortable and while it was nice and convenient that there was breakfast offered each morning, it wasn’t the best and made my fiancé’s stomach hurt
