I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hair dryer was broken. There was no rod for the toilet paper holder. The hotel seemed tired and shabby. I was charged an extra $17 a night for parking, which was not mentioned when booking. It was a very expensive stay for an under par hotel.

El aire acondicionado la compresora hacia mucho ruido intentamos cambiar el cuarto pero estaba lleno el lugar..se les notificó el problema al parecer ya sabían.

It was good overall but some of the staff made it better

It was good. Some staff were amazing. Breakfast lady was great, one older female front staff very helpful. Younger man at front desk helpful too.

There was one nasty older front desk person who was rude. No breakfast accommodation for early checkouts.

It was comfortable and clean. Loved the breakfast buffet option in the a.m.

We liked the variety of foods. My kids loved making waffles and having all the toppings

We would never stay at this property again and would never recommend it. I have photos on my phone

condition of bathroom in our room was UNBELEIVABLE - I would expect better if I paid $49/night back in college and this rrom cost us $296 before taxes. The condition and cleanliness of the pool and spa were awful as well and I have photos that I will be submitted to Hilton / Hampton Inn Corporate.

Location to my favorite places, good food close by.

Construction, hot tub not working. Had worksite vib. Bathroom needs upgrade. Travelers probably don't use the tub any more. A easy walkin shower would be a big. Plus.

Our bathroom was really bad.. it did not have any ventilation or fan so everything was warped and full of mildew. The bathroom door was also very hard to close and open.

Location was perfect. Close to Whole Foods-and Bashed. And trails and everywhere. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Quiet.

The bed was very comfortable!!! However it squeaked every time you moved or rolled over. Other than that great sleep

At least the breakfast was very good

The breakfasts were great, as always. The location was far enough from downtown that it wasn't affected by the heavy traffic. But it was still close enough to be convenient to a lot of things.

The water in the bathtub would not shut off on our first morning there. I called the desk and asked for maintenance. Very disappointed to find out they don't have a maintenance person on staff. I could have fixed it with two screwdrivers and an allen wrench. Someone from the front desk finally came up and told us that they had problems with all of the bathtub faucets and they were going to eventually replace them. He was able to fix it temporarily. I was also disappointed to find out that the hotel does not have any containers for recycling things. Especially in an area like Sedona I would have expected recycle containers everywhere. But we were on vacation to relax and enjoy the area. It was unpleasant having one of the employees start giving us a lecture on his view of the political problems in Washington. We were also far enough from town that we should not have had to pay to park in the hotel parking lot. The bottom line is, we paid about $400 a night to stay there for three nights and I really expected more. This was the most disappointing Hampton Inn we have ever stayed at. If we return to Sedona I will probably look for different lodging.
