Shuttle service was great! Jamie was terrific! The views from balcony!!
Parking fee was outrageous considering the price of the room.

My friend and I have been coming as a “girls trip” for a few years now and we love it! We’ve tried other places but Sky Rock is our favorite
The confusion with the billing and all the fees and different room rates that fluctuate

The view was amazing
The first room had moldy ceilings and a leaking bathroom sink. Eventually, I demand a new room assignment. When I reported the incident to the management, they never apologized or offered any incentives to compensate for these issues. During my second room assignment, housekeeping did not clean my room daily and it had a backed-up toilet

great views from the room patio, and the main lobby patio. The room was nice, somewhat dated, but was OK. Breakfast we did not have at the hotel, but they always had coffee and some type of fruit water in the lobby, for transport we drove ourselves sometimes, and also used the hotel shuttle service which was a nice alternative if you did not want to drive.
downside was there was construction going on at the hotel while we were there, but it was not bad

Location and friendly service
Air conditioning is not good. Leaks water and makes room musty

Clean quite room
There was 2 flights of stairs to my room and manually carry my heavy luggage to room. Although I was offered assistance by reception.

The location and views were AMAZING! Close to many epic views. The pool and hot tub was so great to have at the end of a long hot day hiking.
The breakfast was horrible, especially considering the price. After ordering and then seeing others food come out and hearing lots of others complain we cancelled our food and went elsewhere to eat.
The property did outdated/run down. Renovations were starting while we were there. Can’t wait to see the end result once complete!

Great location, beautiful room, and fun Sedona vibe. This place is a real retreat. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.
The only small complaint that we had was that the air conditioner was noisy. Otherwise, it was fablulous.

The ambiance
too many cockroaches found in both rooms that were booked.

the view and staff.
it was a bit pricey and needed better selection on foods.

Tons of outdoor seating areas. Some with fire pits. Great views of the red rocks from everywhere. Good breakfast spread. Easy access to the pool.
On arrival we were put in a very shabby room that had a direct view of the garbage dumpster with garbage overflowing. It was awful. The following morning we asked for a better room and were given a very nice room.

The location of the hotel is fabulous with view of rock formations in every direction. The breakfast was delicious and the location wonderful for viewing the magnificent views. Also, the shuttle that was available to take us wherever we wanted was a bonus.

Rooms in 300's 310's 200's and 210's have the view in the photos.Rooms 320's 330's have a great, but different view from the photos. Other rooms do not have full, amazing view. Room was large and comfortable. Dog Friendly, with a fee.
The staff could not have been worse. Each encounter was frustrating. Like they thought I called to find out about the difference in rooms just to bother them. Checking in the terms changed and I asked for details, they said I could only get that at checkout. The morning of checkout I got an email with an accounting, I asked the desk if that means I am checked out, they did not understand this basic question.
Instead of a BS resort fee, which you could at least use for meals, they now charge a $25/day parking fee, which is just another nickel and dime scheme by corporate hotels.

love the balcony, good healthy food options, nice that that had lectures on various topics
Room was small and dark. Prefer hardwood and more natural light.

We loved the shuttle! Holly was the best and took us all over sedona! Hotel was beautiful and the pool was so calm.
Pool was a little dirty at times.

The views from the red rock facing rooms are unbelievable! Love the outdoor furniture, it let us be at the hotel but not just stuck in the room! Though the room was great, beds were comfortable! Star gazing in the hot tub, afternoon in the pool was perfect. We liked the idea of the shuttle but we're really glad we had a rental because we visited sites at times when they were slow like early morning and mid afternoon and had no problem parking, though it's very clear that that's rare. For example we walked into Hideaway House (in town) at 2pm for lunch and they had no wait, other guests went at 5 or 6 and had a 3 hr wait, didn't get seated until after sunset and they missed the view. Lounge was efficient, inviting, and lovely. Lounge staff were wonderful, though drinks were overpriced. Loved the live music, too. We didn't bring our pet but loved the board welcoming them with water. We loved watching sunrise from the short trail/nature area across the street from the entrance. We will be back and staying at Sky Rock again!

Gorgeous view! Great location.

lobby and deck area recently updated - new finishes are beautiful. Amazing views. Very friendly staff members.
The fire pit was non operational during our stay, we were told it was likely out of propane. While this is a minor inconvenience, it was disappointing for some of the facilities to be non function given the price point for this resort.
