Worst experience of our lives

Full size fridge

Hotel smelled horrible of wet pet and marajana. Kids had to walk around a passed out drunk man to get into building. Only one set of fresh towels for the week. Only one person allowed to used horrible wifi

a cheap place to sleep.

The Staff was very friendly.

Very ran down, hallway had a weird smell, no doors on cabinets & very rusted. the lights were very confusing they all had to be on or they all had to be off you couldn’t just turn one on and the tv was stuck on a guide and wouldn’t allow any buttons to be pressed.

Will not go back to that place again. No one should have to pay $402.00 for a week stay, plus extra.

Kitchen

No breakfast, had to wash and dry our sheets, towels, take out the trash. Constantly having to get new key cards, because they wouldn't work to open for entry. Had to pay $2.00 for each roll of toilet paper, sheets/linen to be cleaned for a week. But mostly, a lot of people staying there were doing/selling drugs and having sex for money. Dogs allowed and dog 💩 poop all around the facility, due to not being picked up. 😭

Superb

I liked the locked doors. You can't get into any door after a certain time except for the front door and I liked that.

the bed was pretty hard I mean I am almost 300 lbs and the bed didn't budge LOL I am used to some sink in the bed but nope this stayed tight LOL It was good but I think if I was on it for more then 1 night I would have hurt

Only pleasant thing about the hotel was the staff.

The room it self smelled terrible, sheets had stains, you don’t get a comforter you get a blanket and the pets can be loud. Unfortunately this was my first & last time at this place.

Overall for the price of the stay, I felt it was reasonable.

The staff was accommodating. Room size was good sized. The standard size refrigerators were good to have. Kitchenette and cabinets a plus. Laundromat in place.

Mattress was not very comfortable. Bathtub was slow to drain. Toilet tank did not fill up with every flash.

Place smelled like pot and the desk guy did as well. Can’t say that I liked anything about the place.

We had a confirmed reservation, showed up, we’re told they had no room assigned for us. Told us to go eat and the manager would call. Received a call and were told they would have another manager call us. No return call, had to find another room at a different hotel! Terrible customer service!!!

Cut short with no warning

There was nothing special about the place

Was told we had to leave with no warnings with four days left in our stay with no refund. I was told that we made to much noise one night. However the staff smoking marijuana in the “training room” next door to my room doesn’t seem to be an issue?!?!?!?!

Massively disappointing do not stay here

It was clean

Staff left my door open 2x durning my stay, thankfully nothing was stolen. Left early due to not trusting my things not getting stolen. Staff refusing refund, had to file fraud charges and complaint with attorney general.

There were dead bugs in our first room. The room was filthy. They then gave us a second room that had a broken night stand no doors on the cabinets and the bathroom smelled like gasoline
