Very clean, the staff was very informative and friendly.

the bed was comfortable
Mold in shower frame. Room so cold it took two heaters three hours to warm it, afterwards the floor stayed ice cold. Very noisy, you could hear every door open and close and all the highway noise. This is supposed to be a “spa” hotel, no spa discounts. no hot tub as advertised. across from beach not on the beach. cable tv kept going out so I just turned it off. Coffee products offered were cheap and weak and no conditioner.

Very quiet!
No breakfast muffins or fruit.

Shower dripping all night
Hot tub was dirty

Nothing
The room was very small and crowded since they put 2king size beds with very little walking room. No luggage rack and the clothes rod was over the dresser so was unusable. No room phone so had to go-to the little window to get person to work the refrigerator.

quite but it was not full as it was off season
wifi was weak even though the motel was mostly empty, good for getting email but that was all

The only good thing about this property was that it was on our route during our trip. There was a fake fireplace on a screen that was a hoot. The room had an actual Key - how quaint.
The beds were lacking, lumpy, and at a weird height. The place looked like it was shut down and we had to plug in everything upon arrival. The check in person stated the hot tub was closed due to covid but since I am pretty sure we were the only guests there it wouldn't have been an issue. The room was ancient. The floors were all scraped up and uneven. There was enlevel entry that was very hard to get luggage in the room.

Bed and pillows were comfy.
The room was freezing cold. No heat, just some electric fire place where the remote was broke. No hot tub working. We booked this room for $300 a night which was a real rip off. Do yourself a favor and just keep driving away from this town in general.

Location
The bathroom is outdated, screen bent in window, there was no cleaning service because of Covid, we had to empty trash and replace towels at door. The price is expensive for no service, and old room. The dogs were 20.00 extra per night, per pet.

Housekeepers great
Weeds on porch going into room. Not ready at 4 pm. Owner space cadet

I don’t think the property looked any where near great as the on line photos indicated. Room wasn’t as nice as we thought we’d it would either. The door to the room was secured much at all. Anyone could kick in the door with out much trouble. For what we paid for a two night was no near the value we expected. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The Inn Keeper was very nice.
The name implies a spa. Didn't see any sign of a spa. There was no maid service. No coffee in the room the second day. The grounds were in a sad state. No extra blankets or pillows in room. Paid too much for the stay.

Staff was nice
It’s an old property and very over priced.
I paid less for a 4 star hotel in Monterey Bay before this and was very disappointed in the lack of basic amenities.
WiFi stopped working
Walls are VERY thin and my neighbors unintentionally kept me up all night talking
Room was dirty and very outdated, holes in the shower and things falling apart

There was no breakfast option. The café was closed. The spa was closed. There was a big party around the fire pit, that was right next to our room, and it ran late. They were back out there by 8 AM, stoked the fire and continued the party. They were not rude, but it was a little annoying. The exterior was covered in cobwebs and dirt, the interior was shabby, the refrigerator hummed like a helicopter. We could see that our room was smallest, other rooms had Jacuzzi tubs in the room, ours did not. We could’ve stayed in a much nicer place for the same amount of money with our pet. We will not be coming back.

Great views, included breakfast with the best scones.
