Accommodations were comfortable and the outdoors was well kept. Enjoyed the pool time!
The pictures on booking.com did not match our room. Room was not updated like the photos or the description.

We had no idea about any breakfast. We did enjoy meeting all of the people at the pool.
I tried to get a mud bath but was told there was nothing available. The place seemed empty when I was there. The door was locked but someone came and unlocked it. If it was my business, I would accommodate a guest any way I could. We weren't even offered any other available times. I thought that was weird, especially since I paid almost $400 for 1 night and was willing to pay more for additional services. Very unfortunate.

Beautiful landscaping. Perfect location. Mud bath and and massage available on property. Everything is in walking distance. The big pool is heavenly.

great location, very relaxing. spent a lot of time in the geo thermal pools.
I would really say I disliked anything! the place was very vintage, not updated to royal resort quality, but I came to like that aspect of it.

Pools were great, location to town center , Kimberly was very helpful and informative.
No continental breakfast, and no microwave in room

great location and staff

Mineral pools and hot tubs. Spa services on site!
Front desk ladies were not the friendliest.

Great property located right in the middle of town. The property was pretty and the pool was clean. The rooms are a nice size as well.
The rooms could have used a little updating but all in all it's a great affordable option that is right around the corner from all the eatery's and town square.

They didn't offer us any breakfast

Gardens are gorgeous! Pools amazing.
The staff at the Baths spa were incredibly rude. She was hostile and did not offer information on services

the grounds were beautiful, the location was perfect, the kitchen in the room was very helpful.

Location great. Pools great. Close to restaurants and shops.
Bed a little hard. No cream and sugar in the room for coffee machine that is present. One must ask for the things but we did not know that there was any available. Maybe a sign should be near the Coffee maker saying "ask office for cream and sugar". Other than that, all was pretty nice except for being right next to a resident that was talking with another individual at a 2:30 in the morning and then letting her barking dog out at that Time. Other than that, all was very nice and we'd like to return at some point.

Thoroughly enjoyed all 3 pools/jacuzzi, and the cleanliness. Didn’t take advantage of them but could have hopped on the optional bikes to enjoy the scenery and get some exercise (next time). Parking was easy, albeit no charging stations seen, and proximity to most of the town without being on the main streets (Lincoln or the highway) was nice (making walking to the shops and restaurants easy).
Offer more comfortable & quiet beds, otherwise a sleep aid or adult beverage (and ear plugs) might help (the noise through thin walls/ceiling). Adding a microwave would complement the existing fridge.

Didn’t avail ourselves of this.
Stairs were a bit much for a 75 YO w/ COPD.

This place is walking distance to restaurants and wine tasting.
Indoor and outdoor pools are perfect. The decor outside is very serene and cozy.

The only benefit to staying here is the location. And walking distance for everything in town.
Way over priced. Just because you add a barn door and a walk in shower doesnt make you worth $250 over some of the other local inns.
The mud bath was the worst we have been to. The shower temp was just over 100 degrees. And the bed might as well of been a concrete slab

Never informed there was a breakfast.
Rooms, especially the bathrooms need to be updated.

The pool and mineral pools are amazing. The rooms are cozy and clean. Location is tight in town waking distance to food and shops. I will be back!

Location. Friendly helpful staff. Quaint cottages with beautiful gardens.
Pool very warm. Any chance you could have a cool pool
