Wonderful stay!

Everything! The rooms were spacious, clean, and had everything you’d need and more. The staff was extremely nice. It was all in all wonderful!

The coffee machine in the hotel room halfway worked and the coffee didn’t taste good but that’s all hotels.

For the most part we enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed walking in the back area and the pool was nice.

Average/ Could have a better selection of cold cereal (ore healthy) and the hot cereal was terrible/ stuck to hot bowl and not cooked and extremely dry.

Mattress was terrible. Felt like I was sleeping on jello. NEED A MORE FIRM MATTRESS

very nice would definitely recommend this property.

The room was very comfortable and the grounds were clean and well maintained. The hotel is pet friendly and I like the fact that you can park right in front of your room. it makes it much easier when you have pets.

The staff were excellent. They were very friendly and helpful. The buildings were older but well maintained. They had a very good breakfast which we enjoyed very much.

Sticky flooring, dirty sink, stained toilet, grubby pillows, grouchy reception, outside rooms. The reception building is inviting, but it's a facade. I'm amazed it's a Best Western honestly

I liked the closeness to downtown. The room was basically like a mini apartment. Loved having a washer dryer, and a stove in my room.

The first thing I didn’t like was the overall attitude of the staff members. Very short and not friendly. When I arrived they were talking amongst themselves and ignoring the fact I was standing at the counter. I arrived around 2:20 and after standing for a few minutes without making eye contact with me one of the desk staff said “3 is check in” without even looking at me. Not very friendly and made me feel like they were annoyed that they had to check me in. The room when I entered had no light bulb in the first switch I tried and the second just didnt work at all. When I pulled the covers down I noticed a stain immediately so I took off the covers all the way and found several more at the end corner of the first bed. There wre smears on the bathroom mirror and no soap to wash my hands. The main thing was the television set when I turned it on it displayed an error message and I couldn’t get it to work. I called the front desk and they said they would Send over someone to look at it. Two hour later went by and nobody came. I called again and a different person answered and explained there was no maintenance person on site and wouldn’t be back till morning. As I was on the phone Simone knocked on the door. It was a maintenance man and he didn’t speak English but kept pointing at the tv. So I let him in and pointed at the tv with him and said yes it’s broken. He worked on it for a few minutes unplugging it and pulling out all the cords and putting them back. He then out all back and said “I come back soon” so after another hour or so he can back and this time had a large dog with him that kept jumping on me and on the bed and barking. I thought it was very rude. He began unplugging cords again and plugging them back in. After about twenty minutes of this he then left again. I called the front desk and requested to just be moved to another room and they informed me that there we’re no rooms available.

They then told me that if I was that upset at the tv that I could go to a different hotel. I then asked for a refund and that I wanted to go somewhere else that had a tv since that’s what I paid for. They refused to give me a refund and was very rude about it. Later that night I ended up booking another room elsewhere and before I left I called the hotel on my cell phone and asked if they had any rooms available and that I didn’t have a reservation. They said yes they had multiple rooms available with two beds or one king bed. I then told them that I was in the room that the tv wasn’t working and asked them why they lied and said they didn’t have any rooms available to switch me to and they hung up the phone on me.!! This isn’t right I deserve my money back as booking.com and the hotel both advertised for television in each room and I was treated like trash and lied about getting tv.
