Very dissatisfied

Pool looked nice. Beds were comfortable.

Bad clientele. Room had mold in it. Toilet did not flush. People smoking pot everywhere. Could not refund me the one night we did not stay.

Terrible

Check in and out times were convenient. Easily accessible

Staff blamed me for not hunting them down over the broken ac in the room in the middle of the night even though the desk wasnt manned when I went down stairs. Contimued to call throughout the night and the phone was "busy toned". Staff was completely rude after consultation in the morning basically blaming myself for not handling the problem in the middle of the night. Room smelled like weed. Staff stated whats the problem they can smoke what they want. Sheets had burn holes and stains in them. Ac didnt work. Staff very unkind.

Do stay there.!

It was a place to sleep.

Shower over flowed onto the floor. Party going on on the property right outside our door till late into the night. Very loud making sleep difficult.

Dirty fly infested room with a manger who was not acommadating in the slightest. I will never return

The breakfast was horrible, extremely dissapointing. It was bare, poorly presented and garbage

We checked in a about 11:30 PM, went to room after 10 hours on road and quickly relaxed into bed.. I was using my phone in the dark and was swarmed by flying bugs, fruit flys. it was disgusting. I shut the phone off and swated them away hoping to not be bit at night. It was so late and we were so exhausted we didn;t change rooms. I told manger in morning expecting him to be kind and waive the charges or at a minimum adjust them, he told me NO. I asked him again, he told me NO. I walked away very dissapointed.

Be careful before you book

It is at good location in town

Rooms are full of smoking smell even though it’s non-smoking room. I asked for refund because I didn’t stay due to this smell but no refund issued. poor customer service

A great value for a short stay

Stayed in the same room I had two months ago in August. Called ahead to check on my reservation and female staff person was very friendly over the phone. Room very clean and decorated nicely. Like the art on the wall. Fresh towels daily. Smooth 6am check-out and staff person at desk was very friendly.

Male staff person at desk wasn't as friendly during my afternoon check-in as the female staffer was over the phone.

I booked my room with the pay at the property option and the staff called me ahead of check in and told me they were going to cancel my reservation if the payment wasn’t made at that moment even though I wasn’t even at the property yet. When I told them my booking option I was told that my option for booking didn’t matter I had to prepay or lose my reservation which was a huge inconvenience as I was still driving and had to provide them with a card number for payment. Then during my stay there was a lot of noise coming from a night club downstairs on the property. the stay overall was awful and if there were any other properties available I would have left to stay somewhere else

The gentleman at check-in was very nice. It looks a bit outdated from the outside but the inside was nice. The refrigerator kept our water nice and cold, The furniture was not outdated. Good value for the money.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

we didn’t like the fact that a pool was available, but it wasn’t. The computers in the business center weren’t working. we had a room with 4 guests and they only provided the room with the basic 2 towels and rags. sheets and blankets had burn holes in them and the worst was the amount of flies in the room

AWFUL AND NOT SAFE

The place was dirty, a junk car in the parking lot, NO POOL as in pictures, hard to even find the lobby, breakfast was told to come on down we will get you something, did not feel safe, needless to say I paid for the room and did not stay there. Cost me $147. Will never stay in a Quality Inn again.

Pool was drained and there was no mention of it at check in. This was a little frustrating considering it's August and part of the reason we selected this hotel was that there was a pool.

Do NOT stay here unless you have no other choice.

The pool was empty, the room was dirty, the first room was not even cleaned. The smoke detector was ripped out, there were blood smears on the bathroom wall, it was obvious there were people selling drugs, we watched people handing off what appeared to be drugs and money.

Absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in . Absolutely disgusting place needs to be leveled and bulldozed over and there's no need for the owner to respond they obviously aren't going to fix it just going to keep taking people's money and showing pictures that aren't accurate
