Gerne wieder.

Die Lage mitten in der Stadt, Nähe zu vielen Restaurants und Bars. Personal und Zimmer waren sehr ok.

breakfast was poor, mico wave did not work, no TV directions for service, no light in room for snacks and ice, did not clean our room , cleaners were in hallways at 8 am yelling very load, toilet paper was ridiculously thin

Great location to walk around the most interesting spots in Portland, ME.

Free breakfast was good and very handy. The room was just fine and the maintenance staff reacted quickly to an issue with the bathtub faucet.

There was no fresh fruit for a couple of days at breakfast and no oatmeal on one day - both are staples of Hampton Inn breakfasts.

Good for a convenient short stay!

Very convenient location. Close to old port, the walking path, and nearby restaurants.

Room can use some updating. Tv is very old and only had cable. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast nothing to rave about

The location is between three of the best restaurants, put your name on their list and relax.

Amazing location and the hotel was very clean and comfortable.

The key cards for the room would occasionally lose charge. If they carry them in your pocket with an iphone or another phone with a magnet inside it will demagnetize the card. Nothing a quick stop at the front desk cant fix.

Etape intéressante.

Bel hôtel, moderne, confortable, agréable. Bon accueil, personnel serviable, toutes les commodités et services, bon rapport qualité prix. Situé pratiquement au centre de la ville. Nous avons pu découvrir, une ville sympa, calme en cette époque, où nous avons apprécié, quelques ballades le long des quais.

Juste le parking payant, en ces périodes hors saison, devoir payer 30 $ me paraît onéreux. Il y a toutefois d'autres possibilités, mais payer le parking est une facilité et à priori, une sécurité.

Hôtel basique proche du Old Port avec dej inclus et Valet Parking à 35 dollars très pratique. Personnel sympathique.

Les couverts en plastique au petit dej, il faut qu’ils arrêtent les américains avec ça.

Great hotel :)

Super clean, very spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Staff was also very nice. The location was also in the middle of everything. We were able to walk everywhere.

Nice hotel in a good location near the downtown waterfront.

Rooms were comfortable and clean, and breakfast was good.

Wasn’t too happy having to pay $35 a night for parking in addition to the room cost.

Only stayed a night but the stay was absolutely a breeze!

Convenient locale, staff were excellent and the valet parking was a life saver!

A decent option (that should be cheaper)

The location was perfect as my partner and I were able to easily walk to all of the spots in Portland we wanted to check out during our one day stay. Staff members were friendly. The breakfast was also lovely and had a good mixture of savory and sweet items (nothing fancy, but it definitely gets the job done).

The noise from the hallway was easily heard during our entire stay - if anyone was in the hallway or rooms nearby, we heard them coming. The door almost sounded loose, as if it was being pushed open whenever a nearby door was opened. The beds weren’t horrible, but overall not the most comfortable. As for parking, only valet is available (for $35 a night) - the service was quick and professional but I would much rather be able to park my own car (ideally for free if I’m paying to stay at a hotel with a parking lot). These are little things I wouldn’t normally be bothered by, but at nearly $200 a night it should be better.

Unglaublich nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr viele Tipps für Restaurants und auch jede Menge Unterstützung bei unserer sehr frühen Abreise wegen eines drohenden Wintersturms.

Very comfortable stay at convenient location

The location was very convenient. Close to the best restaurants and bars in downtown Portland. Room was clean and well maintained. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. Service was attentive. Loved the check in by app and digital key.

Great location, good option to enjoy the dinning scene in Portland, but it is overpriced.

The very high point of the hotel is its location. It is operated independently, using the Hampton flag under license, so don`t expect a high standard. It is expensive for what it offers, which is basically nothing other than a great location.

The room is very outdated. Definitely need a renovation. Air conditioning although has a thermostat at room, was central controlled, not per unit.

Tolle Lage

Die Lage ist toll. Man kann zu Fuß die tolle Hafengegend erkunden. Das Frühstück ist, wie immer bei Hampton Inn, sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und schön hell, sowie modern eingerichtet. Die Hotel-Lobby mit dem 24/7 kostenfreien Kaffe, Tee und Kakao sind auch sehr einladend.

Das Hotel scheint auch für Menschen zugänglich zu sein, die nicht dort übernachten. Im Aufzug und an der Kaffeebar sind uns Obdachlose begegnet. Der Aufzug lässt sich leider nicht mit der Zimmerkarte bedienen und kann daher von jedem genutzt werden. Wir haben uns zwar nicht unsicher gefühlt und die Leute waren auch nicht aufdringlich… aber es war schon sehr ungewöhnlich. Der Herr beim Valet-Parking hatte wohl nicht seinen besten Tag.

room, got lucky with the room location and view, cleanliness, staff, low key calm energy vibe, all good overall. they have a pool and +/- gym.

$35 per night valet fee sprung on you. Breakfast was industrial except for fruit, waffles, yogurt, etc., coffee was better than most though

Location was perfect.

I loved my room. I loved the shower and tub! It was a beautiful view and close to everything for walking distance.

The pool. The water got in my mouth and it tasted salty. I wish you guys had a game room for kids. Even if it was just a ping pong table. Kids love that about a hotel. I think you guys should add in music for the pool. Also maybe consider fixing the time on your clock in the pool room. It was hours off… I actually ended up with an external ear infection too afterwards... Not sure if this is a salt pool, or if it needs serious cleaning….

It was ok but I wouldn’t go back.

Room was clean, pool was nice

Breakfast in the morning- we went downstairs at 7:45am for breakfast. Most items were empty. There were no drinks other than coffee and hot tea. The juice machine was “out of order” and there were no milk or water availability’s. The fruit bar was cut cantaloupe and green apples only. It was very disappointing compared to other hotel breakfasts. I have stayed at Hampton Inn locations in many states but I would not stay at this one again.

Absolutely loved it!

The staff was great! They accommodated all my needs. I wish the room price was always around the price I paid. Would stay there as often as I could.

I got to sleep, which is rate, so as far as I can tell . Nothing could be better!

Great place to stay in Portland. Water view was the way to go.

The king water-view room was great, The bed was comfortable and the view from the bed was gorgeous. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good and the location was perfect.

The parking was a bit pricey.

Hotel was great night stay again but will take picks of gas mileage left and mileage so Ii have prof if it was to happen

Clean rooms, breakfast was great, people were friendly

Just keep an eye on your gas millage left when dropping off car… not sure what happened but on my way down from NY it took one full tank of gas, on my way home I barely made it to Vt. Lost about 6 gallons of gas!!!
