Buen hotel

Habitación limpia, con toallas y artículos de limpieza; además de microondas y refrigerador. La cafetera no prendió pero todo lo demás bien.

No esta mencionado qué tienes que hacer un deposito por la llave (qué igual te lo devuelven) Al llegar la persona que nos atendió estaba hablando por teléfono en español y a nosotros nos habló en inglés cuando ya le habíamos hablado en español, se nos hizo algo payaso. El desayuno no es la gran cosa pero esta bien

No tenía agua caliente en mi habitación. No me pude bañar. La actitud del empleado de recepción muy poco amigable. El teléfono de la habitación no funcionaba. La alfombra del lobby muy sucia.

The suite was comfortable.

My grandson was transferred to ft bliss from ft carson, and we helped him move. The hotel location was very close to ft bliss and the airport.

It was a bit outdated. The toilet didn’t flush properly; the bathroom sink is cracked; the bathroom door didn’t stay ajar; the couch was torn.

Disappointing

It looked well maintained on the outside. The property is not bad for a one night stay while traveling.

The countertop in the bathroom was cracked, the sink was dirty, the bathtub/shower had weird stains, and the bed had a weird odor to it.

location & the lobby was nice

My room had a lot of air freshener or sanitizer scent, minor damage in bathroom. My family said the air freshener was a bit heavy and the Clorox on their linen was a bit strong and caused a minor rash on her face. I will still use your motel in the future. All your staff that I came in contact were wonderful and reflect well on your management.

didn’t want to stay in Juarez so they brought Juarez to me. UGLY RUN DOWN AND HORRIBLE. I PAID EXTRA TO STAY SOMEWHERE STAY SAFE NEVERMIND WAS BETTER IN MEXICO WITH THOSE PRICES

Buyer beware

comfortable beds

the suite we paid for on booking.com does not exist in the hotel as advertised. instead, the put us in a tiny room with two queen beds with only a few inches of space between them. it was too small for the elderly family member traveling with us and was not near the elevator.Also, the staff knew ahead of time that the room we needed does not exist and never responded to our messages on booking.com’s app.
