Bed was comfortable

Hallway smelled awful. They obviously allow pets because there were multiple dogs barking in peoples rooms while I was trying to sleep. The stairway smelled like poo.

It was ok, nothing to brag about.

Breakfast was good, could have been better.

The commode was broken and would not stop running. The furniture was filthy.

Beyond my Expectations !

Very nice place staff was friendly and helpful. Nice outside garden with beautiful plants and trees and places to sit and relax with a cup of coffee. Well kept and clean. Rooms very spacious , small kitchen,couch, chairs, two queen beds . Only one dislike and that is individual preferences. Pillows were too soft and short for me. Still not a big deal. Will definitely stay again because I have family there.

Stay was ok

Staff was very polite. From the checkin, cleaning crew, trash man & breakfast bar staff.

Too much traffic of people not staying at the facility on the back side where the dog area is. We literally moved our vehicle to the front & walked further to our room to feel comfortable. Our ac also was not working properly.,Upon entering our room it was set on 65. With room temperature showing 76. I reported it & was told that was strange, it was a new unit.

My stay was convenient, relaxing, and for a very fair value.

Location was in the center of everything and a short drive to the shoreline. The room was clean, comfortable, and accommodating. The staff was kind, courteous, and helpful. Overall, a great trip.

I can't think of anything I was disappointed in. This hotel was everything I could have asked for from a central location.

It was a quiet stay and the bed was comfy. The staff was courteous and friendly.

Did not care for the dirty, worn out upholstery on the rooms furnishings. Also, there were still coffee pot stains on the countertop when we arrived. The heating/cooling system was terribly loud when it was running as well.

It was very well situated to good and downtown Wilmington NC. The staff were friendly and accommodating for the most part.

There were not enough towels stocked. I was provided only one and no washcloths for the bathroom. I had requested additional pillows and those were not provided. The ice machine in the freezer was not operational.

Filthy. Do not stay here!

Absolutely nothing.

The room was disgusting. The bedsheets had blood on them and was filthy. we immediately went back to the front desk for a refund and the clerk didn’t say sorry or get a supervisor or anything.

Nice place to stay, quiet for sleep, calm for families, good location, nice staff

The location was great - central to so many things. Room design was cool, plenty of space. very quiet.

Was supposed to be 100% smoke free but reeked of smoke on our hallway. The room itself smelled fine.

Location was great and the staff was wonderful.

The mattress covers were dirty and look like they should be replaced. Bathroom wasn't very clean and the refrigerator needs some attention.

My stay was short, but overall pleasant.

The hotel was clean and it smelled really good in the front desk area. The staff was really nice.

The juice machine at breakfast was down and no one didn’t bother to fix it during breakfast hours. The pool was cold and off-site, it would of been nice to have an indoor pool.
