The spa, infinity pool, canyon view and access to the creek.
The pool area was unkept, mostly by people not putting away their used towels in the bins. Also, the hotel walls are paper thin as one can hear everything from laughter, to voices and cleaning noise.

The view was lovely from the pool and restaurant and the hotel is very conveniently located for the town of Sedona. Rooms and bathrooms were comfortable and well kitted out.
There was no availability for dinner at the time we would have preferred, it would be good to warn guests they need to prebook for dinner!

very clean and staff was friendly , plus it’s a pet friendly place.
wish they had more jacuzzis or at least an adult only jacuzzi , it’s family friendly but it would be nice to not so many kids in the pool/ jacuzzi area .

Location was awesome- restaurant was great. Room also great.
I would've loved a little area inside that I could sit and read and look out the back to the red rocks since it was so snowy.

The views were great and the facility was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful as well.
The facility needs to up the vibe at the hotel. The bar area needs a better sounds system and a cool playlist. Outside they need to pipe in some cool Sedona type music… flutes etc. I think this will help to create a very special experience.

Perfect location for sightseeing “home base”.
So many dogs staying at the resort. Should have a dedicated “off-leash” area and then on-leash in crowded areas.

Absolutely everything especially the location. Special mention for the front office staff especially DeAnna who went above and beyond to help with my hotel bookings for onward travel after a snow storm diseupted my plans.
We loved everything about the property.

The beds were so comfortable.
You could walk easily in uptown Sedona.
the bathroom products were really nice.
The hotel was beautiful.
Having to valet park meant popping in to grab something between hikes took careful planning.
Facing the courtyard meant that the restaurants musician could be heard in our room as if he was there with us. Luckily it ended at 9pm

location was great, staff was very attentive
the room smelled bad, didn’t seem clean, they were over priced. wanted to be a 5 star resort but attention to detail just wasn’t there.
