Great location, with amazing views from a beautiful pool, in central Sedona where there are lots of restaurants and shops.
Rooms were quite dark and a little dated.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. View and location was great.
Room looked dated. Having to use an online service to book room even when standing in the lobby was inconvenient.

Liked the bathroom and kitchen
Narrow room and couldn't watch TV from bed

The room was spacious. The jacuzzi in the room was big and had jets. The activity center was great for kids. The fitness room was dated but has everything. Fire pit and bbq two quality amenities.
After my daughter got out of the tub in the room, her feet were black from the non cleaned tile. In the morning she walked in on someone sleeping from a room that was connected to ours. We were not informed about rooms having access to others, locked or not, no one ever informed us. The other room obviously didn’t have their bolt lock on and she walked right in. We found this very odd/unsafe and when we called the office manager she played it off like it wasn’t a big deal and never even apologized for the mishap. My overall experience is that the front office staff in not very professional and it bleeds into the staff below. The rooms floors not being cleaned prior to a guest checking in is not something I would assume at a Hyatt Residence club. It’s clear the standard is low here and everyone appears to be ok with it. Other than that, there’s a lot of positive experiences. Just being honest and find it important to share hoping their standards rise as we enjoy Hyatt.

Horrible and dated rooms. Pet hair everywhere on carpet and beds. The second bedroom had persistent odor of urine - disgusting and dirty. The kitchenette barely had any cutlery or utensils to use. Light switches were poorly placed and difficult to find and the outlets were in the most random and difficult to reach places, which demonstrated extremely poor planning.
There was nothing to like about this dated and dirty Hyatt. It’s obvious that the place hasn’t been renovated in decades and it was not a nice experience staying in a place that was unclean.

LOCATION!!
No elevators in Apartments/ Condos in basement. They give the best located rooms to the time share owners who know how to request them. You will get the worst location off of booking.com .. NOT the fault of booking but other people know which rooms to request and you will be left in a basement

the location was perfect.
For the amount of money I was paying for my stay I was incredibly disappointed— we had to call for towels, washcloths, coffee cups, coffee carafe (we had the coffee maker and coffee but could not brew it as no carafe) blankets and sheets for the sofa bed. I would have expected more from the Hyatt. Truly disappointed.

beautiful location and very comfortable with great views
the pool was under renovation and no one notified us in advance that this would not be available during our stay. we have stayed here 5 times in the past and always enjoyed the pool.

the design and landscaping was very nice, made you feel like you were not right in the middle of town, but we’re actually we’re which was great
the pool was not open due to delays in the routine maintenance that was scheduled and we couldn’t use any if that whole area. it was one of the main reasons I chose the resort.

I liked having our own suite, the pool and hot tubs
the large hot tub’s jets blew out scalding hot water which burnt my leg. There should be a warning.

Spacious accomodations. Location.
No food or bar on the property and not even bottled water in room for guests. Pool was closed the entire time (was not warned this could be a possibility). Not enough towels/blankets in one-bedroom suite. No pillows/blankets for pull out bed. Were asked to leave at 10 AM. Concierge rude. Just really a shockingly awful stay for spending $500+ for one night.
