They are in remodel stages.
Our shower was cracked and peeling..we could not use it..the bathroom fan had no cover..the heater sounded like a jet airplane when it kicked on..there was no breakfast..only juice and coffee.
Homeless camp in rear parking area viewed from our window
Very nice staff friendly and it was clean.
Need to put customers in fully remodeled rooms and remove breakfast from their amenities.
Get rid of the old RV homeless camp..trash and mattress from rear parking area.

the location was perfect
the room smelled like an ashtray, and we stunk like cigarette butts when left. All of our clothing in all of our luggage stunk because of that room. We didn’t pay for a hotel room to make us smell bad.

No breakfast left very early in the morning. Pool was nice to cool off after long day.
Another guest's pet barking 1:30 am and again when came back in to the hotel.

Nothing because it was dirty in hallway and no breakfast just coffee and a cheap pastry. Was gone anyhow when I got to lobby at 9am
No holes in room door
Clean carpet in hallway
No underwear in hallway
Bad breakfast if you can call it that.
Loitering in parking lot
People walking at all hours of the night in hallway and slamming doors

there were 🪳 in my room every time I would enter the bathroom when I turned on the light they would scatter, I've killed probably 10 or more in the couple days I've been here. i think it is way to over priced per night they are charging me almost 200$ a night

There was nothing to like. I have stayed in many motels over the years. This one was by far the worst. We could not wait to leave.
Room and property in general was dirty, smelly, uncomfortable. Insanely overpriced for the horrible experience. Noisy guests in the hallways all night long.

Being away from the hotel
A lot of homeless people walking through and around vehicles at all hours the day and night the hallways were disgusting smell like smoke as soon as you walk in the building stains all over the carpet blood stains on one of the comforters in her room it's gross stuff laying around all outside bunch of dirty toilets outside and mattresses garbage dumpsters it's not pleasant by any means worst experience I've ever had in a hotel

?
Almost everything. I am truly not exaggerating. Filthy room, broken furnishings, unsafe parking lot dwellers, graffiti on walls of bathroom, and very noisy. It felt unsafe.

There is no breakfast location is great staff great the value for money 50/50 the facilities just
likee all the other ones kind of crappy friendliness zero out of zero disgusting here not only that I found bed bugs large ones that were growing so the incompetence of cleanliness of this facility it's terrible and it brings up the rest of the score down substantially and for crying out loud are the lampshade was cracked smashed covered in duct tape paint all over the bathroom sink and switched a new room paint all over the walls and your chalkpaint
They could have regular debugging, they can have a more precise cleaning regiment, and I need to have a better security cuz people knock on the Windows throughout the night.

This place smells like weed and I’m allergic to weed and the guy refused to give us a refund. The room is honestly disgusting. It looks like they don’t clean them. The room we have has a moldy chair and things all over the counter. There was a dirty sock on the floor when we walked in. Overall I am not pleased with this place and won’t be coming back here.
Everything.
