It was enjoyable, and comfortable. Reasonable price too.

The front desk person that checked us in was polite and helpful. The room was clean, and beds were comfortable.

The electrical work was not finished so was difficult to plug in needed items.

Don’t waste your time or money here.

The pictures looked nice

Once we checked in the room was dirty, as in we found a needle on the floor and some other trash. When we asked for a refund at the front the front desk attendant said she would give us a refund back through the site we booked and the site is still trying to get that refund back because they refuse to answer.

The front staff were very friendly and the room was clean and grab and go breakfast options.

People were smoking weed out front, and drinking beer in the parking lot. The beds were not comfortable, mostly springs. I didn't expect much for the price but I did expect more then this hotel provided.

Really small room. Could smell a left over smoke smell as if someone had smoked in it at some point.

My New Favorite Place

Friendly staff, super clean for being a pet friendly motel, and very reasonable price , and there breakfast bar is awesome I stayed 2 nights, it's very private and sound proofed and just feels like home I recommend it and I will be a loyal customer For now on .... Keep up the good work Red Roof INN & Suites 💯

One thing I don't like was there's no grass For the pets to potty My dog will not go to Pottie if there's no grass so I found myself having to take out several times because he had Togo But refused to Pottie in gravel But no other complaints

OK for one night stay and good access to freeway.

The room was good except the wall lights didn't work and the TV needs replacing as the screen colour is blue. Breakfast was adequate.

There were a few folks hanging around the entrance that looked a bit dodgy. The appearance and odour of the hall ways need attention.

Didn’t get any sleep

The breakfast was satisfactory and the sfaff were very friendly.

There was noise all night long , called the front desk at 4:30 am to complain. Voices in the hallway and could hear the door open and shut all nite long. Blame the people in the next room for the door. But might have been the door that exit to the back of the building. Was in the last room by the back door.

The front desk man was very nice and helped us.

Rooms were dirty, stains on sheets, a sweatshirt left in the room from previous guest, floors weren’t swept or mopped, elevator is a death trap, and there was no soap in our room.

Pleasant - good value when on a budget and need to stay somewhere for a night.

Breakfast was amazing! The staff was super nice and helpful.

The Location is dated- the TV was tinted blue.

Homelessness all around!

That is had a microwave

There were a lot of homeless young people around asking for money from my husband, myself, and others who stayed there. This is a major safety issue guests could get robbed there is no security set in place. The location was not the best it is off of a main road there is no crosswalk. I would not recommend staying at this property.

Rudest staff of the year award

Was told that drugs were found in the room from the night before I asked what was found because there where no drugs in the room the lady at the front desk was extremely rude and would not answer any of my questions I used to like red roof inn when my ex wife comes to town I would rent a room I can't get over how rude the staff was I was polite and all I wanted to know is what was found that they assumed was drugs

Left after two hours. Checked in across the street into a different hotel.

We left after being there for 2 hours. I am requesting a refund.

RV didn’t work. No waste paper basket . Never got tv to work. Only one employee present at facility and he was very young and inexperienced. Requested a refund and didn’t get it. Wi-Fi took forever to get on.

Convenient location because my car is in the shop and there’s restaurants and stores just across the street.

The last day I was in the kings bed room but I wasn’t impressed it just quite dirty the faucet in the bathtub and I don’t think I would ever go back to that room again but the queen bedrooms were just in there that were OK

Not much. Price attracted me. Airport shuttle.

Not clean. Even though it was “newly remodeled”, it was dirty. There was hair on a pillow that was hard to miss. Flies in the room. Smelled like smoke (non-smoking room).
