It was a very poorly maintained and unwelcoming property

Staff unfriendly. Place is very run down - water damaged ceiling, door peeling paint. No lobby. Coffee maker was dusty and dirty. They say in writing that penalty for dogs or smoking is $200. Neither applied to us but it felt excessive. It was highly rated on Booking.com in a very nice town & neighborhood but we couldn't figure out why. The whole vibe was that they don't trust their guests or neighborhood and it's not worth it to them to maintain it.

Place needs minor repairs and an exterminator.

Good location. Friendly staff.

Room was quite ran down including a loose leaking toilet and had roaches and ants.

It was the only one available less than $150 per night The sheets were clean and the bed was fine bathroom was clean

The corners and spaces around the door were dirty. Poor repair jobs were evident. Somewhat shabby in general

nice people but yuck! they price gouged like all others during f1 and we paid $424 for two nights. i will never, ever ,

Three things. Hot shower, AC worked and surprisingly no bedbugs

where do I begin? nasty overall. my feet were black from the floor. had to finally just leave my shoes on until bedtime because I kept having to wash them. dirt, stains, grime, dust everywhere. door had a gape and you could see the sunlight come through along the side of it. the pillows were flat as pancakes. burn hole in the bed spread. paint chips on the wall caused by the back of the metal-backed chairs in the room. the tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. i also had the hardest time pulling up the thing on the spout so the shower would come on. the hard water corrosion made it hard to do.

Dirty wouldnt even use the shower gross. Dingy stained, bathroom, towels, wash clothes and blanket. I visit family often stayed at multi motels in the area not Worth the $100+.. Pay 20 dollars more to stay else where is worth it

Beds were comfy

Should have been cheaper, ice machine did not work, washer and dryer didn't work and neither did their coke machine!!! Definitely shouldn't have been $104

Best date idea ever

Well I kinda used it for one night but I still enjoyed the time I had I liked that the staff wasn’t very interactive, a simple exchange at the window and we were set , definitely coming back

Exceptional

For the price it was gy. Room was clean and everything worked. Also was on back side of facility so no traffic noise.

There was no breakfast offered. Room was on the ground floor.

Wood floors were very attractive but had no sound insulation, I thought that whoever was in the room overhead was trying to tap dance around his room.

Very quit location, but near plenty of places to eat and get work done. Very inexpensive was key.

Location was good. I was able to eat, get a a hair cut, and fuel up all with in blocks. Very close to downtown and parks.

The towels in the bathroom had holes and or tears. I didn't bother me at all, although I am more forgiving. This may be a bigger issue with someone else. Just friendly criticism.

WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!

Sink and faucet dirty. Coffee pot heating plate crust. Toilet seat/cover missing 1 bolt. Exhaust fan rattles loudly. Shower head terrible. No kleenex in holder. Wood trim around doors dirty.

Convenient Location, Decent Price, Near Historic District. Nice.

It is actually right at a major highway interchange but there was no noise in the room. Right across the street is a Denny's and Burger King, on the corner is a gas station, about a block away was grocery store. Microwave, fridge and coffeemaker in room. No blow-dryer. If you went about a mile away you were right in the heart of historic Bastrop which was cool and funky with great shopping and good eating.

Don't waste your money.

The water pressure of the shower.

The location seemed to be on the rough side of town, the noise level, TV didn't work. Unfriendly atmosphere. Pool was out of service. Motel seemed ran down.
