Good stay for one weekend.

Big space, free parking, quiet area, fireplace

Bed mattresses were too soft for me. It is ok for 2 nights, but I would not stay here more than 2 nights. I would get back pain after sleeping on them. Kitchen was absolutely empty. I would prefer to see some spices and salt on the shelfs. Lighter for fireplace was not working and nobody could replace it because all stuff is not working on weekends.

late check in time (5pm) and early check out (9am). low frills kitchen (eg no oil, no cutting board).

other than the water heater, it was a great choice rental options.

easy to get to, very clean, good value

the hot water heater needs to be updated or fixed. you could only have a 5 min shower before the water turned ice cold and then wait another 30 mins for the next person.

Our stay was horrible! The condo was dusty and we had to pack up our clothes to go wash and dry them

We liked the location of the condos. Also, the hot tube and pool were great.

Once we arrived I discovered there were no washer and dryer in the condo. The condo was supposed to have a washer and dryer in the unit. I reviewed the pictures of the condo online before booking and it had a washer and dryer in the hallway closet. Also, check-in was at 5 pm which is too late and check-out was at 9 am which is too early. As with any other place, your check is at 3 pm, and check out between 11 am and 12 pm.

Clean basic condo for a good price. Nothing special, but a good value all in all.

Very good location uphill of downtown Fraser, behind the Safeway. Easy to get to Winter Park town and ski resort. Condo was decently furnished and the wood-burning fireplace was great (through I needed to buy a new lighter and starter materials from nearby Safeway). Really good value for being in the Winter Park/Fraser area in the height of ski season.

The kitchen is really sparsely furnished (no knives, sugar, etc.). If you are driving in at night, the buildings are not very well signed and it took 5 minutes to figure out exactly where the unit is (there are oddly named white lit signs that I finally realized show the first 2 digits of the unit). Also, the units do NOT have a laundry washer/dryer (I had not realized that the listing did not mention washer/dryer when I was booking).

Family time is great.

The location was great as we normally stay at our timeshare # 4404, but we had so many family members coming this year we had to rent a 2nd condo. We cooked our own meals due to COVID we stayed away from many great areas. We did use the spa and enjoyed time in pools/hot tubs.

Could be updated at bit, the pullout was not comfortable as the mattress is beyond it's use.

Wonderful stay

Spotlessly clean. Great location above the hubbub of town. Quiet. Supplied with everything we needed.

A bit outdated, patio chairs are very sun damaged and we didn’t sit on them for fear of falling through the frame.

Location is close to Winter Park, grocery, tubing, etc Pool, hot tub, indoor sports amenities are nice. Quiet... no sound transfer between rooms or units. Parking right outside unit is handy. Hair dryer in each bathroom are great. Shower heads are nice. We stay in condos probably 20+ weeks/yr... having a kitchen is handy.

Some strange guy used the code to enter, look around, leave on the morning after our first night. Informed prop mgmt. No retturn call, no one cared. Chairs and couches have dated fabric that looks used/ dirty, even if it were cleaned prior to guest arrival. It isn't a problem if you open windows, but there's no a/c. Screens have rips from previous people so bugs do get in. Not much bathroom counter space. Dishwasher wouldn't start, prop mgmt never replied No ice maker. Make ice by hand Tv gets local cable. Price: photos are accurate, but show everything in the nicest way possible. It's not as nice in person. 2nd bedroom beds are abnormally creaky. Doors make noise... hard to describes but it's loud.

A wonderful retreat for a wonderful price.

The condo was amazing, everything that we needed was in the condo. The location was great, the supermarket, restaurants, Winter Park was a 10 minute drive down the road, and the Frazier Tubing Hill and Colorado Adventures was in close proximity. I would definitely stay there again, as well as recommending the Pines at Meadow Ridge to my friends.

We just wish that we could have had a earlier check-in time, but we understood. Also, the logs for the fireplace didn't work, so we had to buy our own log.
