It was adequate for an overnight break while traveling, but we won't be back.

The bed was comfortable

Bed Bugs in my room. Stay away.

Had to change room 3 times. One room had bed bugs that a current tenant told me about and was wondering why I was given the room that she had just left due to this issue. Staff knew nothing about this and was told I would have someone contact me, which no one did.

Management was told my room had bedbugs, but allowed room to be given to me. I'm so glad the prior tenant saw me go in the room. There were indeed bed bugs in the room.

I will never stay here again

They had smoking and non smoking rooms the location was great

The room door did not close close completely felt unsafe. The towels and washcloths were dingy they need completely new ones. No info about surrounding restaurants or business. Lamps didn’t work. Bathroom fan did not work. Ice machine on third floor did not work. They have the nerve to charge a deposit for shabby rooms that I still have not gotten back yet

The affordable Pricing

No hot water in the shower. No working remote for the TV The replacement remote Had to be retrieved by me going to the front desk from the 3rd floor. During a thunderstorm. And after being assured the remote would work. I got back to the room to find it in fact didn't work, and spent two hours researching online the remote and TV trying to get it to work. The remote never worked. Electrical shorts in the bed side lamp were observed through the night.

It sufficed for our overnight stay in the scheme of things for a spot to sleep and shower.

There is no breakfast offered at that location.

There were holes in the wall that had been poorly patched! There was no hairdryer( usually a standard item). The phone didn’t work if we needed the front desk! I’m not used to paying a large deposit especially for a place that offered so little! No coffee maker, no hair products like every place has.

I was everything I could ask for thank you staff

The rooms was nice clean very roomie everything worked in the room the beds was the softs I ever slept on just say all and all everything was excellent staff was friendly and helpful being we was from out of town absolutely would stay again

If you use third party just know it's a 100 deposit but you get it back the day you check out I didn't recall seeing anything about this till I got there just friendly reminder call in ask if rented through third party

Early morning doctors appointment

Needed a place to stay overnight for a very early doctors appointment the next morning. This hotel has very recently been renovated, the room was large and I had a king sized bed. It had a large flat screen television, pet friendly, friendly staff, very clean, elevator, ice machine on each floor and 10 minutes from UAB.

Not well furnished

Location was great for what we had planned to do. Room was clean, bed comfortable, microwave & refrigerator worked, water temp & pressure good.

It didn't have anyehere to sit. One hard plastic chair, no other chair, ottoman or sofa. No drawers which was ok but if a guest needed to unpack there were like cubbie holes. No iron or ironing bed. Usually there are at least 4 sets of towels in a room but only 2 here The pictures are very deceiving, they were not of the lobby & room at this hotel Oh, no coffee maker either. If the room had more furniture & a coffee maker with coffee, we would have been able to give it a higher score. Room was large enough to have these things.

Clean room, walking distance to lots of food options. Hard beds.

The beds were extremely hard. No give in them at all. Basically like sleeping on a mattress on the floor. If your back is hurting before laying on one it will be afterwards.

Lacking Good Customer Service

Rude and unfriendly overnight attendant. I thought the overnight attendant was rude. Also, it was not disclosed to me prior to my arrival there was a $50 pet deposit. Also, it was not disclosed on the pet policy (on property or online). The room had a broken mirror which is dangerous.
