Didn’t want to leave and would definitely love to return!

The stunning view of the ocean. Large room with everything you need. Tasteful decor. Walking distance to town. Lovely pool. Beach access right across the street. Friendly front desk.

The balcony is shared with next door neighbors. Would prefer it to be sectioned off

We came back from our weekend at Hartman's resort. It is a beautiful place to stay. Ocean view from our balcony was stunning. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We went with our kids so a good place to stay with your family. It is well run by couple Robert and Jenny!! I am looking forward to coming back here again!!!

It was a wonderful time with my girlfriend and I really enjoyed

Very nice and versatile, as a young couple looking for a nice get away it was perfect and it seemed great for families as well. Loved my time there. Also so close to everything especially the beach.

Nothing negative to say :) (maybe the parking lot if I had to be really picky)

Property was clean, family oriented, location was great, and the staff was awesome.

The pool window between 10am and 7pm was a bit short. it would be good to have a two hour window for adult only in the morning for laps and perhaps an 8:30 closing.

Better than expected.

We were there for my wife’s birthday. When they learned of this, they upgraded our room and made recommendations for a nice dinner. It was a great introduction to Montauk.

Beach entrance was right across from the motel. It was about a 1 mile walk to montauk's downtown strip. The motel was very clean and the unit had a stove and kitchen appliances, waters upon arrival, coffee, and everything you could want in a motel

The perfect spot for our weekend getaway.

We loved the cleanliness of the room, the pool and the grounds. It was the perfect spot for our family of 3 to spend a weekend in Montauk.

The mattress was a little too soft for our comfort, it was across the street from the back as opposed to being on the beach, and we couldn’t walk into the village from the location. It wasn’t a deal breaker but we would have liked to be more walkable.

Place is a bit run down on the exterior. Simple accommodations but pricy for the finishes. No luxury finished. No fire pit. Pool was closed and no indoor pool.

Fantastic clean family place with great location to town and the beach.

The rooms were very clean and up to date. This place comes equipped with all I needed: kitchen supplies, pool/beach towels and chairs, and great wifi to work. I especially love the location (within walking distance to town) and access to the beach. Owners were nice and responsive. This place is more family based compared to being right in town which was more loud.

Everything. Location fabulous, Beach right across the street, Clean rooms. Fully equipped kitchen...what a surprise. We had a fabulous time. The connecting rooms were perfect for us. Thank you so much.
