The pool was fun, the front desk lady and her GM were great, very friendly and helpful...
The house keeping staff were very rude, I mean very rude, they stare at you as if you're a murder, I asked for a bag from the shorter one with the curly hair/wig and she snapped (I don't have a bag) I even offered to walk with her to get it, the lady who tends to the breakfast snapped on my daughter when she asked where the plates were... I'm a house keeper also and just because we're house keepers doesn't mean we have to be rude, you're out around the guest alot so learning to be nice is very important... There was a spider someone killed and didn't sweep up, bathroom floors desperately need to be mopped and the toilet seat is broken, Didn't have a remote when I made it so had to wait for.the General manager to bring one, Last night around 10:00 pm the TV/Wifi and all went out and was still out this morning around 10:30 Am when we were getting ready to leave.. Not very clean but Thankfully I didn't forget my Bleach

The ladies that worked our last day was really nice and tried to help but the lady that worked the night shift didn't care
That was the worst room I have ever stayed in I always thought that by looking when passing by that it was a nice place to stay but I was wrong

My family & I had just suffered from a house fire THAT VERY NIGHT and we lost everything. I used my very last to book a hotel room once I got there the receptionist was extremely rude she acted as if I was bothering her. she gave us a room upstairs in which I have a handicapped mother and she sad I shouldâve been more specific when booking I told her I was just trying to find somewhere for my children and mother and I to lay our heads for the night because we had nowhere else to go. She stormed back to her computer and said she didnât know if she could change it because it was done on line and began to shake her head as if she was being asked to do something extreme. I told her to not worry about it and weâd just sleep in our truck and thank you anyway. and we drove off she then called back to say she could accommodate us and that she understands we having âa bad nightâ but she just couldnât go in the computer to change anything but she did it âthat timeâ and was making a note of it. I only stayed because my children (7, ,8 & 6) were extremely tired and my handicapped gravely ill mother was extremely weak and needed to lay down.! I made a report to the manager the next day.

It was very clean and comfortable. The room also had a fridge and microwave which was an added bonus.
The bathroom was very dated. The bathtub was peeling and the toilet stained.

We stayed for a few hours, just to rest a bit, have breakfast and continue on our way.
The bathroom could be much better, it seems that it requires a new toilet. I have been to other hotels in the same price range and they are much better.

The location is perfect! Being right on a main strip of town, we were afforded a direct drive to everything we had come to Natchez to do. Could not have been happier about how close it was to everything.
$250/day for what was essentially a motel, and a pretty run-of-the-mill motel at that, was a bit shocking. Understand-we *were* in town for the Balloon Festival, which seems to be the premier event for Natchez. But it seemed especially steep. It appeared to be the going gag, however, as most of the hotels in this area price gouge around this time. For this reason, it is unlikely we will be back for the Balloon Festival. The prices simply weren't worth the event itself.

Breakfast was great for a couple but needs a variety of cereal for children. The location was perfect.
The beds were full size, use to queen size beds.

The location was fine!
I didnât like the location of my room! it was in a corner of the hotel in a back hallway!! There was no one else staying in that part of the Hotel! The plug for the AC/fan unit was plugged into the floor in front of the unit! I had to request towels and soap for my room! There were none in my room when I arrived!
