The price was exactly what you pay for
Particularly I didn't like the roaches or the flies or the gnats. No room service either. We stayed 2 nights and we didn't even get clean towels for the 2nd night.

I liked nothing that’s why I did not get a room
Oh let me count the reasons why. When I walked up to the front desk no one was present. A few minutes later an elderly gentleman showed up. He asked what I wanted and I told him I had a reservation. He told me someone was on the way. It was about 10 minutes before someone else showed up. She was in training and didn’t know how to find my reservation so she called for someone else. About 5-10 minutes later the owner showed and I was asked once again what I wanted. By this time I was ready to walk out. When I handed him my credit card he said they didn’t accept AMEX cards. This is the same card I used to make the online reservation.
My fristiboiled over and I told the guy to me my stuff back and that I was going somewhere else. I predict this place will not be in business very long.

there was nothing to like. awful. unsafe. unsanitary.
the moment the property is visible, it looks run down. overgrown weeds in the cracks of the asphalt. there was a vehicle with the back glass shattered and tarped. a commercial power/electric/cable line hanging off the building. a dumpster overflowing with mattresses. the room had no dead bolt, only a simple door chain style lock. the door didn’t close completely so you can see the sunlight coming in. the air conditioner didn’t have a vent cover and was completely covered in dust and rust. the walls had several patchwork areas and paint looked awful. the pictures online are deceiving. don’t stay here!

The manager was very nice & friendly. I booked through Booking.com & got a good rate. Pet friendly but they do charge $10 a day per pet. Mine are housebroken & very well mannered but still had to pay this. This is not a 5 star motel but would stay there again. Good for the price.
Pet fee when my dogs did no damage. The bed I had had something hard across the mattress right at hip level. The bathtub drain plug didn't work. We decided to stay 1 more night & I expected the same rate but got charged $40 more.

There was no breakfast. The room smelled of smoke. The bathroom fan was nonexistent as it was coated with dirt. The room fan was rusty and made the worst noise, so I turned it off. The whole property was rundown along with a swimming pool with no water. I don’t know how this facility would pass a state inspection.

Location was great for my purposes. Easy access off the interstate. Room was clean and very comfortable.
Outside physical conditions of property was unkept and rough. This impression might turn many travelers away. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was limited, but adequate for the price.

I thought my choice of cereal and juice every morning was perfect.
I think that The Budget Host Inn is so busy that they could use a few more extra hands to help out.

For a continental breakfast, it was very good. The room was very specious & very clean. Staff was very friendly. The bed was comfortable.
The only thing I didn’t like was that someone who was staying there, let their dog poop right where you park & walk in the parking lot, close to the motel door. I assumed the person had been there for awhile because there were several piles! 😩

Nothing it was great!

Nothing.
No pool. Half the hotels are burnt down. Not very well maintained. Non refundable. Too expensive for the way it looks.

Room was clean, bed was mediumin firmness. Wifi worked fast. Overall was just a fine stay for our purpose of passing through.
In our room, there was on sheet that was stained (they should just throw it out) The tap was fussy to turn off.....needs to be replaced

Location
The sewer backup and the roaches
0.5 / 5.0
That it was accessible to the highway and had a vacancy.
The room was gross. A non-smoking room that reeked. A/C unit looked sounded and smelled like it lost a fight. I had to fix a running toilet with every flush. This place will soon be renting by the hour. I did not feel secure with my car in their moonscape of a parking lot. At 2am, I left and went to a truck stop and slept in my car. Much better.

Absolutely horrific. And thieves. Disgusting accommodations. Shady business practices.

The location was awesome! It is right by macdonald and other stores in case if I needed something. Plus had a pool! I am so looking forward to staying there again.
It couldn't of been any better!!I loved staying at Budget Host inn.

Location was good since we stayed just for one night passing through. Bed was OK. Pillows were good.
Hotel in general from the lobby to the room could is in need of updates. A simple thing like replacing the door mats inside and out to the lobby, which were totally worn out, could make a much better first impression . Sheets and towels were clean but yellowed. Room lights were dim which made the room seem dingy. Toilet was old and chipped up.

Everything was to my liking
