You get what you pay for!

The location wasn't bad.

The hotel seemed like it needed a good cleaning . Staff were friendly but never seemed like they knew any information about things and places in Salina, Kansas.

Recommend staying here!

Staff was amazing. Room was spotless. King suite - I loved having a separate bedroom and living room. Very relaxing after class all day.

Horrible. Will not recommend for anyone in the future and will tell them that actively.

Nothing. Worst experience I have ever had.

The man at the counter was rude. Horrible and should not be working in hospitality. He evidentially wants to just be paid to do nothing but swipe cards, be rude and be on his phone.

Booking.com messed up.

Had problems with the hotel. It was booking.com that do there job.when we got to the motel non booking was made by you guys.

Just don’t. Find another hotel.

Location

There was black mold around the ceiling over the shower, the room looked nothing like the photos on here, the pool was ice cold, and the front desk staff yelled up to the housekeeper to check and make sure the lights worked in the room while we were checking out. Also, they spoke in a different language to each other and English to us like they were hiding something.

The location

The beds were like sleeping on the floor,they were so hard. It looked like a big blood stain on the carpet, in the shower there were used bars of soap in the top corners of the shower.

Could be a nice hotel but just didn't feel like it was ran well.

We didn't get to eat breakfast because apparently they don't start breakfast until 7am on weekends. We were in town for the marathon as were many other of their guests and everyone had to be gone by 7am so disappointed breakfast started so late.

It wasn't the worst hotel we have stayed at but it was lacking in a few areas. The staff was a unprofessional and hotel was a little run down and dirty and we weren't fans of the late breakfast hours on weekends.

Staff was awesome but facility was Shabby. Towels were stained and furniture was gross. Stairwells dirty and carpet worn. Signs said under renovation but price not reflected.

It was nice overall

the room was clean and comfortable and the pool was nice and cold! It was very very hot outside so that was refreshing!

I tried to use the whirlpool and the knob was missing so I texted for assistance and got a text saying someone would contact me and or come to assist me but nobody showed up.

This was an older motel, but it served our purposes of an overnight stay.

Comfortable bed. Couple of very nice desk employees.

Room had a funky smell. Bath wouldn't hold water, so we took showers.

Our 1st room had a musty smell with a dirty carpet and the TV didn't work. The girl working that evening was great and moved us to a room that was much better and had new carpet. When I was checking out I mentioned the 1st room and there was no response to say how sorry they were for the inconvenience. I asked for a paper receipt and it couldn't be printed so it was to be emailed. That never happened. I prefer places that value customer service.

Very poor

The staff at the check in counter were incredibly friendly!

The AC unit in our room did not work properly. The room was not cleaned well (there was standing soap bar residue in the shower from where the previous people had left it, more than a noticeable amount. And a few hairs under our bed pillows and the end of the bed between the comforter and sheets. The mirrors were also very dirty but before finding the rest I assumed that easily could've been overlooked.) we also saw bugs both flying around and crawling on the trays of sausage and pans of eggs they were waiting to heat up for breakfast that morning.

Not terrifying, but okay.

We liked the room size and evening desk staff who were friendly and helpful. The location was great and we enjoyed an evening meal at the restaurant nearby.

The furniture was dirty from years of wear, and breakfast was dismal. Yogurt had gnats in it and was not refrigerated. The egg omelets were similar to eating a yellow piece of plastic. There was also no tea to go with the hot water, but waffles were good!

Dirty and dingy at best.

Not reply anything…. Better than sleeping outside I guess?

Bugs in room, stains all over carpet, stains on bed, trash and crumbs under mattress, dingy discolored sheets, and over all cleanliness left room for improvement. The breakfast was barely warmed up “chorizo” like pizza topping chunks, frozen or powdered eggs and mediocre tortillas. Sub par at best.

Good room and nice location.

Clean with a comfortable bed. Also a nice seating area to watch the TV. The extra space really makes these hotels the best places to stay.

The coffee area should always be well stocked. My wife was unhappy with the coffee creamer selection and the coffee was just warm.

By far the worst hotel experience we have had to date. Just don't do it!

There was absolutely nothing about this hotel that was good. Not only did they put us in a dirty room, they had absolutely no bedding for our room. The bedding in the room was clearly dirty and then they couldn't even provide bedding for our pull out couch. We then had to spend more money to buy some blankets for our stay.

And as if things couldn't have gotten worse....they double charged our stay and then blamed it on the bank holding funds. The room fees were already removed from our account. We then see another charge pending for almost $350. Staff was not helpful in resolving ANY of the number of issues we had. Never again will we use this hotel. I'd rather sleep in a tent.

Good value, just needed a new air conditioner.

The breakfast was good.

The air conditioner was extremely loud. Loud enough to wake you up when it came on. The thermostat wasn't working well, since we had to set it at 64 degrees to come on.

Pleasant

I had reserved a king suite. When I got to the room, I saw that it had not been cleaned…wet towels in the bathroom, unmade bed. Front desk staff switched me to another room, a queen double.

Run away

comfy beds

The room was not totally clean, night stand had glass stains and crumbs and certain pillows had visible stains! On checkout, the staff was overwhelmed and it did not appear that there was any management working to oversee the place, it was chaotic. Also, while waiting for checkout, a certain staff member approached the desk and taunted the worker behind the desk, stating,"you are new here, you gotta figure this *** out". Wow, I'll never stay here again.
