Breakfast
Poor service, poor maintenance on property grass over grown no lights in stair wells, broken and stained furniture….

Leaving this terrible room/ property
Noise, dirty floors in room , sticky surfaces on all furniture, barking dog during the night several times in an adjacent guest room.
No staff available to address issues.

I loved the breakfast, the room was big and clean. Comfortable beds and pillows.

There were some good things. The staff was friendly and my kid liked the pool a lot. The breakfast was pretty good, particularly with the little toys for kids. The location was very convenient and there were a couple of restaurants within walking distance.
There was no WiFi that we were able to access. As in no detectable networks at all on any of our devices.
The room had instructions for connecting an Ethernet cable, like it was 2004, and the decor seemed to match because it was pretty shabby. There was a boot or shoe print on one of the ledges near the window. While I enjoyed wondering exactly what move someone would’ve had to execute to pull that off, it was kinda gross. Our room had a recycling bin (yay) but no trash can, which was another head scratcher. There were spiders in the shower.
The property was rather run down overall. One of the steps on the stairway to our area was completely missing, which seemed like a big safety issue. It seemed like there had been a big leak into the laundry room recently, so it was out of order. but the room was still accessible, including with open outlet boxes, wires, and some kind of plaster dust everywhere (pictures attached). I wondered if that was the source of the weird smell. The window screen to our room was also bent and hanging loose like someone had tried to pry it off.
Really, for the price the whole place was very disappointing. If it had cost about 1/3 of what we paid, I would have happily overlooked a lot of these issues since we were just there for one night.

Good location and walking distance to stores and restaurants
The pool closed too early

The showers were always cold. Other guests were talking about that as well. There was some strange limiter on the toilet flushing that prevented it from flushing more than once every 15 minutes. Difficult for more than 2 people.

The location of the hotel was nice - right off the freeway and nestled in a pretty wooded setting.
The noon check-out time is great!
The hotel did not have an elevator and it was a three-story building. Had to climb one set of rickety outdoor stairs, with dangerous cement steps, up to our third-floor room. An elderly person would have a difficult time climbing the stairs while carrying their luggage. The grounds were decorated with plastic flowers - very tacky. A "do not disturb" sign to hang on our doorknob was not provided in the room. The hotel is in three separate buildings, so we had to walk across the street to another building for breakfast. While it was a beautiful summer day, it was pleasant: however, if it had been a rainy, cold day it would have been miserable. The bed was so high I had a difficult time "leaping" up into it, but it was comfy (I'm short)! The breakfast was your typical American hotel breakfast - nothing special - good coffee. While the room was adequate, it was pretty overpriced.

Just off the freeway, easy to find and beside an amazing Mexican Restaurant.
Older buildings, a little noisy from other guests. Room was clean and comfortable.

Staff was very plesant when dealing with housekeeping issues. The first room we were assigned to wasn't made up even though he was told it was. He quickly found an acceptable room.
Bed was not comfortable. Way too soft for my liking.

Pool and hot tub were clean and refreshing after a long trip. Bed and pillows were super comfortable.
Nothing, the staff and comfort was great.

This hotel was a really good value. Very clean, well equipped with refrigerator and microwave, had everything

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable
The breakfast room is in another building, the incidental hold is 150 dollars plus they "preauthorized" my card for the cost of the room which was already prepaid for.

I always enjoy my stay here. The room was huge and the duel shower was amazing.

lovely outside appearance, good location, excellent price
our room needed a lot of TLC. Every surface was sticky. I think it was the cleaning material that they used or used bath towels to cover the surfaces. there were Cheerios along the edge of the floor. It just needs an update. I’m better care.

Location was convenient for us. was close to our Daughter and able to easily access the Freeway
we were placed on the 3rd floor with no elevator. I had knee surgery recently but didn’t want to complain. We weren’t told about Breakfast or locations of ice machines when we checked in.

Walls are paper thin. Had small children with us who fell asleep very late due to noisy room neighbors. Also woken multiple times throughout the night due to the same neighbors making noise

Room exceeded expectations. It was beautiful.
Although hotel is located near heavy traffic it was quiet.
Breakfast eggs and sausage were cold.

I didnt like that my car was hit and damaged by another person staying at the hotel and they didn't stay to resolve the situation and the staff did nothing to help trying to figure out who it was. I didn't like I couldn't use any of the facilities.

The breakfast was really good and the lady that worked in the breakfast room was amazing
The room was dirty, we didn’t have blankets

Staff was very nice. Room was quiet and bed was very comfortable.
Located a little ittle outside of town for convenience if you are using public transportation, but quick Uber options. Breakfast was good for basic options, but coffee was terrible.

We didn’t stay at this hotel because none of the outside doors on the buildings locked from the outside. We checked six doors. Anyone could walk inside without a key card. We were told that the security guard would ensure that we were safe, but that’s not possible given that there are multiple buildings. There is a Chemical Dependency recovery center nearby and homeless people walking around this area so we decided to stay at another hotel.
None of the outside doors on the buildings locked from the outside-we checked six of the outside doors that lead to the hotel rooms to see if they were locked, and we were able to open all of them without a key card. The door to our building was propped open when we arrived, and our room door was also open! That’s totally unacceptable and very dangerous!! Our room was freezing when we walked in, and it was a very cold winter day. The thermostat in our room was set at 59 degrees!! We checked out of the hotel after we discovered the extreme lack of security and freezing hotel room.
