Good location and friendly staff.
I was disappointed breakfast wasn't included fir the price, especially because I Googled Four Points and saw they do offer free breakfast at other locations. The venue is tired as well.

Comfortable, great location, restaurant and bar on premises, fireplace to warm up in winter, indoor pool.
Our room was surprisingly filthy. After multiple stays, this is definitely not the norm for our go to Bellingham hotel. The entry floor had not been cleaned and was sticky and entry mirror dirty; bathroom floor not cleaned and had a piece of fingernail on the floor, hair on the toilet, something sticky on the mirror. There were crackers in the chairs and on the floor; something like a soft drink was spilled and splashed all over the a/c unit. Floor not clean. We notified the front desk and the room was cleaned. (We cleaned a lot up already because we were tired from traveling) We felt bad after already moving rooms. We were first out in a room facing north with view of the roof. We were staying 4 nights and requested a Fred Meyer side room. Regardless of this one time issue, we reserved a block of rooms the last week in Sept. for our daughters wedding and hopefully all rooms will be clean for our family and friends.

This was my first visit to the Sheraton, and it was a great visit. Austin at the front desk was helpful on the phone before I arrived and throughout my stay. I give the hotel five stars in every category. I loved everything. The Lobby decor, having a peaceful breakfast beside an indoor waterfall, the view of the summit of Mt. Baker from my clean, comfortable, quiet, room. The little extras in their specially created nook for coffee, refrigerator, and microwave. The location, with both Fred Meyer and Whole Foods in easy walking distance. Room service from the Grab and Go cafe was wonderful, and I enjoyed their fish and chips especially. They have shuttle service as far as SeaTac airport. On top of all this, friendly and considerate housekeeping. And all at a very reasonable price. I love this hotel. I will visit again.
I loved everything about it.

The location was great and the room was quite large.
The pool and hot tub is closed at 8PM. I am disappointed by a specific experience - our room had a microwave in it so one night we decided to stay in and had food to microwave. It was 8:30 PM, I walked to the front desk and asked for a plate. I was told they did not have plates, paper plates or paper towel and they simply could not help me. After tax I paid $270 (CAD) per night which to me feels like luxury prices and should come with basic amenities.

The lobby is beautiful, comfortable, and inviting. It made a great first impression that exceeded my expectation for the hotel. The staff who checked us in was very friendly, knowledgable, and told us upfront about the construction going on in the hotel. We did have breakfast one morning and we thought the service, atmosphere, and food were all great.
There was no clock in the room. Not a big deal but I caught myself looking for one a few times. All of our pillows were extra soft, would be nice to have more variety (ex: one extra soft pillow, one firm pillow). It would be nice if the hot tub was open a little bit later than 8pm.

The room was nice but...
There was only one set of towels for the two of us and the one time I could have used a pen a note pad there wasn't one.

Easy check in and out. Staff was very friendly. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub.
Seemed a little pricey (but most hotels do). The breakfast food was average.

We didn't eat breakfast but did eat a light dinner at the restaurant, sitting outside on the terrace. The restaurant staff and terrace setting was very nice. The food was good. We liked the variety of seating outside and the tvs.
The suite and other rooms we booked looked a bit worn and dowdy. There could be more seating options in the suite as we used it to gather and there were six of us total. While it was nice to have an indoor pool option, the space was cold and cavernous. If our grandson were old enough however, he would have enjoyed being in the pool.

Overpriced for what you got

The room we booked wasn’t available. There was dog poop outside the room and the staff was rude and impatient.

Clean, friendly staff, nice accommodations.

Housekeeping employee woke us up multiple times rushing us out of our room to clean before our checkout time. Very uncomfortable...
