Very disappointed and I will not be returning.

I didn't have pillowcases on my pillows, room had a smell/gnats flying. Housekeeping had music playing and dancing in the hallway outside my room. Asked for towels because no one came by. She told me No, until she looked on her list and seen that no one had come to my room.

comfy bed, clean fridge. cleanliness just ok far as sheets and tub. would stay for the cheaper price if traveled again

the receptionist was able to check us in a little early because we arrived earlier than expected. parking lot was well lit. bed and pillows were comfortable.

the mini gym was crap. broken seat and leg extension on the seated equipment. often the elevator was slow AF-waiting to get on it. vending machines weren’t fully stocked. the cover and sheet on king size bed kept popping off on corners. Lines across tv channels. Tub faucet was so slow. There was trash behind the nightstands and chair. The bed was shoved up to the lamp plug in wall outlet.

you get what you pay for

good location

1. my keys didn’t work when i checked in, had to get em remade 2. burn holes in my pillowcase 3. I went to get food and came back to a roach on my door 4. When I tried to take a shower the water pressure wasn’t proper and the hot water wasnt there 5. a/c didnt rlly work well 6. it says “breakfast included” but there is no breakfast

DISASTER

I didn't like Anything, and I couldn't stay due to Horrible room conditions; such as cigarette burned bedding and dirty floors. The restroom didn't appear to have been cleaned or tended to! I didn't want to bad mouth to facility due to other guests in the lobby, so I just advised the front counter clerk and returned the key. I was still charged and they refused to provide any documentation showing that I was ever even in the building or anything showing that the stay wasn't executed! $136 to be HIGHLY Disappointed! Booking.com nor the hotel has been able to do anything due to the "policy!"

The location was easy to access and was close to restaurants.

The so-called "accessible" room was nothing of the kind. The beds were too tall, and the tub (while it did have grab bars) was not accessible to someone who can't lift her legs.
