The staff was extremely friendly and responsive to our requests. There was plenty of parking. The beds were comfortable. The cookies were good
There were lots of homeless up and down the street when you turn off to go into the property. The room had a very strong odor but once we turned the A/C on and they sent staff with some air freshener for the carpeting it was fine the rest of the stay. When we went down to breakfast the eggs were very watery and the potatoes were cool and sort of mushy.

Everything in the hotel was kept clean and nice. We were able to get a pack-n-play from the front desk for free. The first pack-n-play was missing its feet, so didn't function properly. They immediately replaced it with a new pack-n-play that had all the feet and worked great. Breakfast was really good and nice variety. The entrances to the hotel were pretty well locked up to outside intruders. Cameras were looking over the parking lot.
The entire facility and grounds smelled like marijuana. Thank you Oregon. There were also several homeless people loitering around the keycard-locked front doors. Didn't know if I'd get murdered or have our van stolen overnight, but everything turned out okay.

Staff was nice
Toilets are not flushing properly. Lot of homeless outside. We booked two rooms and one room had smaller beds.

The rooms were very clean and the staff were great, very helpful. Would have been nice to have a restaurant near by. Breakfast was good.
Would have bee nice to have a restaurant closer. The whole area looks to be closed down

It was CLEAN, even the hallways and elevators. The breakfast was great, all staff including outside security were pleasant and helpful. There is a nice patio on the back of the hotel with access to the adjoining ball fields and track, a really nice and pleasant place to get outside and walk. Just be sure to be in before dark. Nice gathering spaces with fireplace inside, good amenities in the room.
This systemic problem of homelessness encroaches on the doorsteps of this nice little oasis. At first it appears threatening but if you’re in before dark and park under the lights near the front, the team of 24 hour security guards secure the perimeter. Management is aware of the threat and take all precautions to assure security and safety.

Most everything was exceptional, price was right on. Breakfast was very 👍 good.
overall stay was 4 nights, water outage was scheduled for 4 hours , turned into 24+ hours !! I missed business appointments etc. Requested to DM whom was present at property next day of outage, maintenance came to room and confirmed. Still she was rude and no compensation for my inconvenience or lost business money of mine!

The facilities and rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was great!!!
Unfortunately, no fault of the hotel or staff as we were there on one of the coldest nights when a snowstorm went through, the heater in our room took hours to heat the room and we woke up around 5am to find that the hotel had no running water. The staff offered to move us to a different room, but we were already settled so we just asked for extra blankets for which they were very accommodating. As for the water, there wasn't anything the staff could do about it other than wait for help to come check it out. Given all this, I would still stay there under different circumstances.

Väldigt trivsamt hotell med bra frukost och bekväma sängar.
Hotellet ligger i ett område med många hemlösa och mycket droger, kändes osäkert att röra sig ute om kvällen. Hotellet var även låst dygnet runt, gissningsvis p.g.a. ovannämnda

Great value for the price
Getting access to the hotel is tough at rush hour, not the hotel's fault but just a lot of traffic

Staff was fantastic, watched for us to approach the front locked door and let us in. room cleanliness, the view of the soccer field was nice, the cookies were a nice touch. The breakfast was impressive although I didn’t eat. Furniture was nice.
The cleanliness of the outside, the plants looked sad, the beds were barren looking the hotel looks like it’s due for a siding or paint job. There was quite a bit of trash laying around. And I know you prob can’t control the homeless/drug dealing near the entrance of the parking lot but the loitering around of people who seemed to be up to no good made me uneasy. Also my room key worked about half the time.

Plenty of towels, comfortable, quiet room. Huge dining area. Staff very accommodating
Sketchy area, lots of homeless, breakfast was mediocre. Eggs were really dry and rubbery, and hashbrowns tasted freezer burnt.

Check in person gave me pen piece of paper. To help look for another place to stay in the area.
They had cookies but the guest already ate them while trying to find a place to stay.

The Staff was helpful, kind and welcoming. The rooms were fairly clean and breakfast was decent. It was great that there was security! The opening from the lobby to the park was a nice touch. It's a decent location when it comes to convenience of getting to different venues and events. The price was definitely a really great value. My 3 year old ran around my van and by the time I got to the other side she was bolting towards the entry at the hotel and a nice staff member was talking to her and reassuring me that she had her. Thank you
The beds weren't comfortable for my liking I enjoy a slightly firmer mattress. The was a few strands of someones hair in the tub and I think the old carpeting should be replaced with vinyl it makes it easier to keep it more sanitary especially in places that frequent many different types of people with different lifestyles. My socks turned black from the carpets. The location is kinda of shady with the encampments but I have to say that none of the homeless people bothered us at all and it's nice that they have security.

The area around hotel was run down. Lots of closed business and ones that were still open have let their landscaping go. Sad to see a once nice area look so run down.

Everything inside the property was very nice. Everything outside of the property is deteriorated. Homeless people everywhere, garbage blowing around . It was in the worst part of town, unfortunately all of town is the worst part of town.
EVERYTHING outside of the property.

Good location for traveling on I5. Easy to find. Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean. Shower good. Breakfast was fine; self-serve eggs, bacon, waffles, cereal toast, good coffee. Lobby was lovely.
Noisy neighbors upstairs at 5 am. No wifi access on the 2nd floor where we stayed. Toilet was not properly bolted to the floor.
