Would never stay there again

Definitely regretted my decision to stay there.

Not a clean hotel. The pool was green the hot tub was filthy. The breakfast was bad. Full of carbs and junk. Room was okay but kind of icky

I can’t think of anything I liked about it

Dirty! very Dirty!! breakfast was very little! The place was very dirty and smelly! They took a 100 dollar deposit on the day I check in, then they credited it back the next day just to take it out again! I had to pay more to hotel after paying booking because they said I wasn’t charged the right amount!!

Very poor

Every bad prepared and at 7 a.m. I asked for more food. The answer was that’s all we have.

Room was old and there were not enough toilet papers and facials tissues. My car had been hit in the back in the parking lot at night time or early in the morning.

Worst place ever. It shouldn’t be on booking. Extremely dirty

There were a few good restaurants near the property, it’s close to the highway, and a Walmart!

Extremely dirty, white stains all over the floor, finger and hand prints on the mirror. shower had old purple shower stains, and hair, sheets had stains, the top blanket was so disgusting I can’t even think about.

If it had not been just my son and I we would have requested a different room. dissapointed

There was really no breakfast available at 8:15. Just a big mess and unsanitary conditions so apparently unstaffed. Products were either empty or unappealing

Everything! I saw two employees the entire time I was there and one painter The first thing I saw upon entering my room was a bug then saw at least 3 other bugs in the room.

It was crappy and cost us an extra $100

We did not like anything

When we got there we where charged a $100 deposit we where not told about. The hotel was grimey. The room itself was dirty a roach crawled across the bathroom floor in the middle of the night. The bed was very uncomfortable. The bed pillows where the size of couch throw pillows and where not comfortable. We booked 2 nights the first morning we had the do not disturb sign on the door and they knocked on the door at 11:10am asking when we where checking out. Then around 6pm the key card wouldn't work to get back in the room had to go back down 3 floors to rekey it. When we went to check out the front desk attendent walked up to desk with a neck pillow on.. Still waiting on the deposit to be refunded. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

nothing - they were remodeling in the lobby area, and there was a lot of plaster dust everywhere. In our toom, there were huge cracks in the sink, and the toilet seat was not attached to the toilet.

This establishment is horrible at best

The hotel did not match the website photos. There was no one at the desk to check me in when I arrived. The place seems to be being remodeled downstairs, and falling apart upstairs. The room smelled horrible. There appears to be families living there.

Could be better

The staff was nice.

The hotel was under a renovation during my stay and a little bit of an eye sore. The elevator was dirty and bed wasn't very comfortable.

I stayed there bcuz I had already paid and didn’t have time to switch hotels

location

it was loud, I was on the 2nd floor and the people on the 3rd floor were making a lot of noise and possibly had kids running and jumping all over the ceiling. there were people in the hallway trying to sell drugs to people and people actively drinking in the hallways just sitting around . my shower had hair all in it and the fridge didn’t work

Staff were friendly.

Coffee pot broken. Microwave broken. Flood on first floor. Elevator broken during our stay. Am disabled and had to do the stairs. Charged $50 for my emotional support animal. Need I say more?

Nothing. Check in receptionist talking on the phone in another language while waiting on me. Bed was hard as a rock. Toilet stopped up called down for a plunger didn't get one had bowl movement couldn't go down so the whole night it stunk asked to see a manager in the morning even though the sign said manager on duty. I have pictures I could put on social media they took off 40$ for not having a working toilet. Roaches yes so what do you think
