Breakfast was great… staff were friendly
The elevator was down the entire weekend. One elevator for a packed hotel. Waiting 15 plus minutes for an elevator with an elderly person that has trouble standing fir long periods of time. I ended up spraining my ankle at one of our family events and had to keep taking the stairs because the wait for the elevator was so long. They stated someone was coming, but that someone didn’t come the entire weekend. NOT ENOUGH PARKING. The parking lot was overly crowded. Double parking etc and again with an elderly person, parking in different business lots hoping not to get towed for leaving the car in their lot overnight, walking a further distance with a sprained ankle.

Hotel nice as expected from a newer Drury Inn
Nothing against kids, but we happened to be there when the leagues of ball teams and families were there by the masses.
The kids and adults literally took over the hotel, the pool, the dining area and the elevators.
Kids ran rampant. It was like the Nuts running an a asylum.
The hotel was understaffed and didn't seem to mind the utter chaos going on around them.
The pool had so many people in it that it was a danger to all and impossible for any other guest to get near or even want to. Outside on the lawn parents had their chairs and coolers with constant drinking alcohol.
A total free for all.
I tried to imagine what management would do if they could see the disregard for the other unfortunate guest who happened to be there at the same time.
I honestly feel like we should get a free night stay a another Drury of our choice, but would make sure that masses of ball teams were not staying...
I have 6 grandchildren and have a very high tolerance for kids.
Our stay was neither enjoyable or relaxing.

The hotel was beautiful, staff was great but I was there for cancer surgery and a little disappointed that there was no discount. Will stay again as soon as I am healthy.

I’m not a big breakfast eater; and the coffee was hot and fresh and the oranges delicious.

Breakfast was always good and varied. Location was convenient and close to stores and other businesses. Staff was friendly, kind and always ready to help.
Would have been nice to have housekeeping come daily. Longer pool hours would have been nice as well.

Good
Noise. Pressure washing outside of our window Saturday afternoon and all day Sunday. Eight and nine year old soccer boys playing in the hallway. One of the mothers told us we were the only people on the floor not connected to the soccer tournament.

The complementary breakfast was pretty good for a hotel breakfast. Usual waffle maker, hard scrambled eggs, etc, also plenty of cereal, oatmeal, breads, etc. Fair selection of juice. The coffee was drinkable.
They also have a evening snacks & drinks. One could make a meal of the snacks--not a great meal, but if you're tired enough (as I was on a couple of occasions), it'll.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Also, it's located near a shopping area with an upscale grocery store, and a Target.
It's well located--right off the highway, and surprisingly quiet.
I called ahead to ask what kind of coffee maker the rooms have and was told it was a "Keurig type." So, I acquired, packed, and schemed sufficient pods of my favorite coffee only to discover that it wasn't a pod-based coffee maker at all. It also wasn't a traditional coffee maker--but it did make traditional hotel coffee. This was my biggest disappointment with the hotel and I know it's a first-world problem but morning coffee is a thing. (Also, I went to the trouble to ask and was given bogus info)

The staff were super friendly and my room was great. I appreciated the free breakfast, and the daily happy hour drinks and treats really blew me away!
Some traffic noise due to hotel's location next to highway.
