No excelente todo menos su encargada Heather😕

La atención de de todos los empleados era muy buena, la personas que limpiaban las habitaciones y la gente de la cocina con excepción a la encargada Heather una persona xenofobica Y con muy poca apertura para ser la encargada de un hotel

Su encargada Heather Etheridge nos hizo pasar muy malos momentos al momento de cobro no hizo durante la estancia retenciones por el costo total de habitación retenciones de $1390 y a diario se hacían retenciones de $400, $200, cuando tratamos de ver de dónde venían simplemente decía que no sabía, actualmente hoy 26/09/24 me acaba de llegar otro cobro de $220 que no sé de qué es y tengo otro monto de $20.95 que no sé de donde salió y no me dan explicación. De verdad su encargada necesita mejorar su atención al cliente y ser consciente que trabaja en un hotel donde llega gente de todos lados del mundo y ser amable con todos ya que se notaba una tono de voz y una manera de tratar diferente a los nacionales. Muy decepcionada del trato de la señora

This hotel was perfect for our needs!

It is in a very good location for our needs. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean. The breakfast was very adequate, always well stocked and very clean. All staff was so nice and helpful. It was also very quiet.

I can never figure out hotel televisions. We didn’t even try to use it.

You get what you pay for and at least it’s clean.

Location near Colorado Children’s Hospital and the great room rate.

This property seems to always be out of stock; no milk for breakfast the second day of our stay, no towels for the pool, no extra pillows.

Close to children’s hospital

Worst night of sleep ever! We were in room 120 and the housekeeping area was right next door, we could hear and feel the washer and dryer shaking our floor and walls. I called the front desk to ask them to have the housekeeper stop laundry. They did not. We had to report to Children’s hospital for surgery at 5am and my son was awake every hour due to noise. I could have gotten a better night sleep in my car! Also the air conditioning unit was broken.

It was acceptable for a hotel as they usually have heater problems of sorts.

My room 335 was OK except the sink drain was nearly plugged which leaves the cleanliness and maintenance questionable, my room was very cold upon entry the air conditioner was on and when I turned the heat on it went to 84 and would not stay down when turned down, My Daughter was unhappy with the heater noise and the settings, It was to hot and she couldn't get it to change in this room also. And these rooms were supposed to be close, if at all possible, my room was 335 hers was 226 so not even on the same floor.

Never staying there or Springhill again!!!

The breakfast was decent.

The was no one at the desk when we arrived. When we got to our room I called housekeeping to request an additional pillow. Right away she told me they were all out. No attempt was even made to accommodate me or figure out how to help make me comfortable. The hotel was not full. We were only staying one night and a pillow could have been borrowed from another room or another room’s extra bedding for the night. Even the extra bedding (pillow) from our room was missing. To add to my discomfort, our room was on the side of the street which was extremely loud. We heard every truck and motorcycle that went by. We absolutely did not get any sleep. When you come from out of town and are not familiar with the location, it is difficult to know whether or not a street is busy. I would have never booked a room on a busy street. However, I would think that the windows would be noise reducing.

Will never stay there again due to terrible location.

Breakfast was good. Bed was nice. Staff was ok but didn’t help with truck issue.

Location terrible. Husbands truck got broken into. Homeless set up in parking lot. Unfortunately we will never stay again due to that. Stayed there bc of close proximity to children’s hospital.

The breakfast was excellent!!!! It was a little difficult manuevering around chairs and other people with a walker. Other than that the Breakfast was excellent. The Staff was also excellent

Having Parkinsons is my issue, but your Staff steppped up without asking for assistance in every way possible to help . They were amazing

Don't bother for more than one night: you willl NEVER get fresh sheets or towels.

Breakfast was on time, unimaginative, and forget them refilling the coffee pot or EVEN the water.

I stayed 8 nights. I had to BEG for housekeeping service, using every method I could think of, running after housekeepers and asking if I could be placed on their room cleaning list, calling the front desk both morning and night asking to have my room cleaned--on the third night, I employed all three tactics, from then on, every night. I was successful in getting the room cleaned 2 out of 8 nights. That means no towels, no sheets, no coffee...I began leaving my trash outside the room, as I noticed that's what other people did. The first time I succeeded in obtaining housekeeping service, on night 4, I had called the front desk, angry, at 9:30 pm after returning to the hotel. The front desk staff told me that "guests don't like to get their rooms cleaned", but he would send someone up. A maintenance man came up, and he did a fairly decent job, for which I was happy to tip him. On day 7, I cornered 3 housekeeping staff and one of them did come by to "clean". She made the bed and left folded towels on top of the bed. I don't think this hotel owns a vacuum. This ridiculousness is way more than enough to make me never stay there again. But if you truly don't care about sheets and towels for an 8 night stay, then I suppose it is a decent enough hotel.

The pool is really small no hot tub and the pull bed in the room was not comfortable at all it was like sleeping on springs and no bedding provided for that bed

Don’t waste your time.

Absolutely nothing.

Shower had mold/mildew. Only one washcloth was provided, wife used it to clean around surgical incisions, only to realize it had brown and green stains and someone’s pubic hairs on it. Pillows were thin, blankets were thin, asked for more of both and was not given more. Fridge didn’t work - spoiled milk and food we bought for our toddler. Bed was uncomfortable. Floor was filthy, sofa bed was just a twin mattress, and no extra linens for that, either. Multiple softball teams were staying there, staff did nothing to keep them quiet at all. Room was ridiculously expensive for the poor quality of the hotel.

Amazing and clean

The staff was always so friendly including the house keeping. I liked the fact that I could set how often the cleaning staff came into our room. The breakfast was super yummy and filling.
