Will not use this place for future travel.

Staff was rude booking was cancelled by hotel during my flight time frame. Due to staff error. Then refused to rebook.

The worst hotel experience ever.

Terrible .rude desk cllerk saidthat he sold my reserved room since I did not check in by 6pm, I drove fom Canada for 12 hours and was assured by a female clerk a day befor that my reservation was confirmed. I told her that I woul be paying in cash and not credit. She said that was fine and wished me a safe journey.

THERE WAS NO BREAKFAST!!!! They advertise a continental breakfast that they have not served in 3 years ( still posted on there marquee outside the hotel)

I had communicated the importance of an early check in and had gotten an affirmative response. On arrival the desk person knew nothing about it and said we would need to wait till the regular check in time. The early check in was the major reason to chose this property. It was irritating and frustrating. They also advertise a continental breakfast that they have not served in 3 years ( still posted on there marquee outside the hotel)

Nice staff, clean room, kind of seedy area & clientele!

The staff was friendly & helpful. We called to say we'd be late getting in & no problem holding our room. They had several dinner suggestions & there was a good discount when you mentioned you were staying at Bestway!

Very noisy until midnight & we were exhausted after putting in an 11+ hour day of travel ! Some customers have no respect for the rest or comfort of others. Super-sonuc music was being blasted from across motel parking lit & caused me to go out & ask them to turn it DOWN!!

I booked my room over 24 hours in advance. I work the night shift and get off at midnight. Walk in to the desk the man behind the counter points to a sign that says no vacancy. I inform him I book an entire day ahead. He tell me that it doesn't matter, and that they did not hold my room. He was more interested in talking to his female coworker then Figuring out THEIR mistake. I ended up sleeping in my car that night

Convenient location!

There was minimal ammenities - we asked about breakfast - none - not even coffee. There was no ice; no hangers to hang a few clothes & the icing on the cake was a rowdy neighbor kept us up! Our last visit there!!

Okay. It was not scary. Standard for a budget motel I thought.

Breakfast not available, though it was supposed to be offered (paid for it online)

Denied breakfast, even though most hotels have started again since COVID is less of a serious problem now.

nasty rooms roaches toilet tub was dirty stained stinky rooms dirty linen I didn’t stay tried to talk to staff. woman was completely disrespectful and wanted to charge me 5 bucks to let me in my room because she had to open it because I left key on nightstand

My towels were either dirty or just looked dirty. Someone hung them up with dirt showing. Who does that?

The price was good but I didn't know I would have to sacrifice cleanliness

I was mislead. There was no breakfast. Very disappointed

Refrigerator froze my salad and milk. Tub had a ring around it. And floor had stains on it. Linen and towels were dingy.

the comforter was sheet paper thin. the room had bugs, roaches , an flies. the bed was hard. sheets an pillowcases stained. there was a weird odor. the top lock was broke an the door looked like it had been shot at. it’s a little noisy at night. not enough towels an wash cloths had to go purchase my own.

Absolutely not a damn thing !!!!!!

Owner on property was very very rude and lives on property as well, don't know what her problem was but was very unprofessional!!!!! Saw bugs in room and mice running around on property would not recommend to stay there. Would not recommend to support a person who don't appreciate the business!!!!!!
